I believe the Gentleman's name was Steve, I didn't quite catch it but wow did he do a great job. I have difficult hair, it's very soft, fine and there's a lot of it. Cut it wrong and it sticks up in 15 different places. For once I don't have to use product to glue everything into a shape. One of the worst parts about moving to a new area for me is finding a barber, and the best one in the area in my eyes works here (he's obviously not a barber, he's a hair stylist 100%, but you get what I'm trying to say). When it came time to pay, I asked what the damage was, and he said "$27." I was expecting at least 50 if not 100+, obviously left a 150% tip. I'll be back for sure... But if you are looking for experience, technique and a haircut you'll love within a budget this is definitely the place for you! I have really LONG hair and Scott took the time to hear my concerns and wants. I grow my hair to donate, so needed it cleaned up, but to keep as much length as possible for now. He trimmed, layered and made it look like i hadn't been neglecting it for months.. haha He took extra care with drying it so I wouldn't freeze in the subzero temps.
