I have never been here but so happy I finally tried there pizza and wings. Had them deliver and they were on time, no waiting around. The pizza is delicious. Not a thick crust and plenty of toppings. Crust was perfectly browned and cheese melted to perfection. We ordered the spicy wings, not super hot spicy but had great flavor. I will definitely go back for pizza. I ordered over $200 worth of food from Bella Luna. While the pizza itself was good, the way I was treated as a customer was enough to make sure I'll never order again. When the delivery driver arrived, I realized my order had accidentally been marked for cash payment instead of card. The driver called the owner to resolve it, and had the call on speaker. As soon as he explained the situation, the owner immediately said "stupid f**ing customers."* Not only was I shocked, but also deeply disappointed. Mistakes happen--it could have been a quick, professional fix. Instead, the owner chose to insult me (a paying customer who had just spent over $200) without hesitation. The food might be good, but customer service and respect matter just as much. My hubs is a big eater and the XLG lasted for 2-3 meals for 2 hearty eating adults. Plain cheese pizza was perfect kid food. I have ordered so many dinners from them. The other night I placed an order and it came and the delivery person asked me for money. It must have been some computer error because I even put a tip with it. I don't know what happened, but I called them and they said I didn't put it on my card and that was it! No offer to take my card over the phone, so I had to refuse the order because I didn't have any cash on me. Ordered online, when pizza arrived it was cold and soggy, but it's pizza so what the heck. I ordered regular crust pepperoni sausage and mushrooms, added ricotta. That's what came. Crust was soggy, sauce was pretty flavorless, sausage was more like breakfast sausage, and ricotta was in large thick clumps. I entered a coupon special they had, apparently they said I did not, fine, with the way the pizza was I'm sure I did not miss out. I'm not a fan of dominoes but I think I prefer them. Tonight was my first experience with Bella Luna. I ordered a half caesar salad, cheese bread and the Bella Luna special pizza. I ordered through their website, it was easy to customize our order. It was delivered in less than an hour, on a Saturday! Their caesar salad is my idea of a perfect caesar. The portion was generous, the romaine bright green and crunchy. The dressing is real magic. Its garlicky and strong, just as Caesar dressing should be. There were ample croutons and parmesan cheese. The pizza was delicious. I've neved had entire cloves of garlic roasted on a pizza, and I'm saving them to spread on garlic bread. I cannot wait to order again. The good: I think they make some really outstanding pizza. It is always consistent. The pie always arrives hot and I have never had an issue with getting the wrong order. The drivers are always friendly. The frustrating: Nearly every time I call in an order there is a man that takes my order. I feel like I'm on tippy toes ordering my pie. He ALWAYS makes it seem like a huge burden to take my order. He never says thank you or makes any gesture to show he appreciates my business (I've made over 75 orders here over the last 4+ years). I assume he is the owner but I am not positive. About 1/3 of the time there is a woman that answers, I am always grateful when she does so I don't have to deal with him. I decided am not going to order pizza here any longer which sucks because I do love their pie. But I also value respect and I never get it from this place. We had never ordered from this place before and decided to give it a try. Looking at their online menu, we were astonished and extremely pleased with the extent of the choices! We are gluten-free and couldn't believe how many options there were for us! She ordered the Margherita pizza and I ordered the Spaghetti with Meatballs, plus a Caesar salad. The salad was fresh and garlicky, as it should be. The pizza was delicious, as were the spaghetti and tasty meatballs. The meatballs were cooked just right, not overdone, and juicy inside with just the right herbs and spices. The sketties were perfectly cooked. My only critique is that I think we should not have to pay extra to get meatballs on our spaghetti. They should have a menu item that is "spaghetti & meatballs" like other places have. But they still deserve 5 stars. And now to dessert: HEAVEN! I ordered the chocolate cake and it was DIVINE!!! It was moist with a mousse filling that was delicious.
