I have never been here but so happy I finally tried there pizza and wings. Had them deliver and they were on time, no waiting around. The pizza is delicious. Not a thick crust and plenty of toppings. Crust was perfectly browned and cheese melted to perfection. We ordered the spicy wings, not super hot spicy but had great flavor. I will definitely go back for pizza. I ordered over $200 worth of food from Bella Luna. While the pizza itself was good, the way I was treated as a customer was enough to make sure I'll never order again. When the delivery driver arrived, I realized my order had accidentally been marked for cash payment instead of card. The driver called the owner to resolve it, and had the call on speaker. As soon as he explained the situation, the owner immediately said "stupid f**ing customers."* Not only was I shocked, but also deeply disappointed. Mistakes happen--it could have been a quick, professional fix. Instead, the owner chose to insult me (a paying customer who had just spent over $200) without hesitation. The food might be good, but customer service and respect matter just as much. I have ordered so many dinners from them. The other night I placed an order and it came and the delivery person asked me for money. It must have been some computer error because I even put a tip with it. I don't know what happened, but I called them and they said I didn't put it on my card and that was it! No offer to take my card over the phone, so I had to refuse the order because I didn't have any cash on me. Tonight was my first experience with Bella Luna. I ordered a half caesar salad, cheese bread and the Bella Luna special pizza. I ordered through their website, it was easy to customize our order. It was delivered in less than an hour, on a Saturday! Their caesar salad is my idea of a perfect caesar. The portion was generous, the romaine bright green and crunchy. The dressing is real magic. Its garlicky and strong, just as Caesar dressing should be. There were ample croutons and parmesan cheese. The pizza was delicious. By now I have been to Bella Luna 3 times. it is so good i will go at least once a week to pick up foods to go. It has delivery service, but I trust I can get home with foods sooner to assure better temperature. It only has 4 bar stools there, so dining in is not the best idea, but for a mainly take out place, it has 4-5 employees, so that tells you what kind of business it does! While it does not have an extensive menu, what it offers, be it pizzas, appetizers, pastas and entrees are ALL spot on, tasty and with good temperature. Pastas and entrees come with soup or salad, and the packaging are great. Owner Peter (hope I got it right) is always great and your order is done promptly! He taught me how to warm its foods properly. i can learn a new trick! The good: I think they make some really outstanding pizza. It is always consistent. The pie always arrives hot and I have never had an issue with getting the wrong order. The drivers are always friendly. The frustrating: Nearly every time I call in an order there is a man that takes my order. I feel like I'm on tippy toes ordering my pie. He ALWAYS makes it seem like a huge burden to take my order. He never says thank you or makes any gesture to show he appreciates my business (I've made over 75 orders here over the last 4+ years). I assume he is the owner but I am not positive. About 1/3 of the time there is a woman that answers, I am always grateful when she does so I don't have to deal with him. I decided am not going to order pizza here any longer which sucks because I do love their pie. But I also value respect and I never get it from this place. We are gluten-free and couldn't believe how many options there were for us! She ordered the Margherita pizza and I ordered the Spaghetti with Meatballs, plus a Caesar salad. The salad was fresh and garlicky, as it should be. The pizza was delicious, as were the spaghetti and tasty meatballs. The meatballs were cooked just right, not overdone, and juicy inside with just the right herbs and spices. The sketties were perfectly cooked. My only critique is that I think we should not have to pay extra to get meatballs on our spaghetti. They should have a menu item that is "spaghetti & meatballs" like other places have.
