We are spoiled. We had sour dough crust pizza for years - and then we moved. Rich's is the best pizza we've found in Kent - but still not as good as what spoiled us. They also seem kind of pricey - and never seem to offer specials that work for us. But - good pizza! read more

I stopped in here for a quick bite to go. I tried their potato skins and they were just meh. The potato was not cooked all the way through. The beer cheese they put on the skins was odd tasting and caused a goopy mess. The flavor of the other toppings was ok. I paid over 11.00 for 4 little potato skins. Maybe I should have gone with the pizza instead since it has high reviews. My mistake. We have them deliver. They always bring exactly what we order - and in a timely manner. Their website has improved and makes on line ordering really simple. The pizza is good. The best we've found that will deliver to us in Kent. But - a sour dough crust would greatly improve it, imo. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I got the chicken bacon ranch sub sandwich, it was horrible! Spent $15, the sandwich first of all is so small, there is two pieces of what looks like lunch meat and taste like turkey, instead of full pieces of bacon there are little skimpy people of bacon! I cannot tell you how many times we have ordered from here! They are conveniently (maybe too much so) located down the road from us and it's our Friday night, I don't feel like cooking spot. Pizzas are great, I love their hot wings, we even get a family size salad for the full experience. When I've gone to pick up our food, everyone is super nice and they have carried the food out to my car a few times; love this. If things are busier for us and we order delivery, the drivers are always personable, food arrives quickly (of course depends on how busy the restaurant is but I have no complaints related to wait time for Rich's). It's honestly so nice to have a neighborhood pizza joint down the road, I wouldn't ever call a restaurant reliable but I feel that way about Rich's lol read more

I'm definitely not one to post the negative and so i'll start with the positive. The young lady who took my order in store was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and they had an excellent food safety rating. I've had Rich's 5 star pizza more times than I can possibly count over the years and it had been, with the exception of the last 3 times been delicious! This is the 3rd time that I feel the pizza has been subpar. I ordered and paid for extra cheese on both the pizzas that were ordered. ummmmmm honestly, there is no way this is extra cheese and there is only half a slice of pepperoni on the piece pictured. To be fair a few pieces had 3 slices a couple with 2 slices sooo....nah. Sub par. Not sure that i'll try again. read more

I'm not enthusiastic about their store location; but, their Monster Pizza was good; Calzone was OK, and their Antipasto salad - No. Prices are competitive. The Pizza itself is good but not good enough to change my focus away from other pizza providers. I did like Rich's Pizza, I do wish they offered thin crust. I've been getting Rich's thick crust pizza since we moved here 4 years ago, a couple of times a month. It's been our only pizza place; it was that good. Last night when I made my order, I was told that now it was a soft crust, stuffed with mozzarella with parmesan on top. I ordered one and was hugely disappointed. It's nothing like the former pizza, and it costs more. I'm going to have to find a new pizza place, I guess. It's too bad, because the other pizza was fabulous. read more
