Large half buffalo chicken, half masterpiece
    Chad R.

I can confidently say, having eaten pizza all around the world, I have never had this pizza before. Looking at the pictures, we were thinking a PNW style pizza ala Pietro's, Abbey's, Paddington's or Papa Pete's, but couldn't have been more wrong. These are cooked in what looks like cast iron. The cheese action is full bore. When they hand you the pie, best use two hands, because that thing packs WEIGHT. This pizza is legit! Toppings are to notch, crust comes across like a Detroit or Sicilian had a baby with PNW style pizza. Everything was freakin' delicious! Best buffalo chicken pizza I've had to date (a recently acquired affinity). And the cheese... OMG the cheese...on the Masterpiece, it's as much the A-List star as anything else. Otherwise, the staff was kind and attentive when picking up. The pizza box art on the walls was cool and the shirts and hats made me want to rep some swag. We don't make it up here too often, but will definitely be back when we do.

This is one of my new favorite pizza places. They have that old school pan style crust similar to Pizza Hut back in the 90s. The beecher's mac pizza and Billy the kid are some of my favorites. Service is friendly but it's a pizza place so don't expect 5 star. The ingredients are fresh and the quality matches the pricing. Worth every dollar!

Seriously the Best Pizza in Town! I wish I had discovered The Pizza Gallery sooner! I became a loyal customer last year--ironically, just as I was moving away from the area. Even though I live farther now, I still make the drive out because it's just that good. My go-to is the garden veggie pizza--so fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My son is all about the pineapple pizza, and he gives it two thumbs up every time! The vibe inside is just as amazing. It's a cozy little spot filled with 90's cartoon artwork and decorated pizza boxes created by customers--it's like an art gallery with a nostalgic twist. It always makes our visit feel extra special. On top of that, the service is fast, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. You can really feel the love and community here. Highly recommend stopping by--once you try it, you'll be hooked like we were!

Very cute pizza box art. Crispy pan crust. Very unique pies like the Mac n cheese pie. Friendly and helpful staff. What's not to like?

Adding Pizza Gallery to the MUST haves list for pizza. Each slice is stacked with pizza toppings and meshed together with melted cheese. Plus, they have a bit of a crisp crust which is a huge plus for me. Each slice is about an inch thick, I end up only eating a slice and a half... other half to save for later lol. We usually order the supreme pizza and has not disappointed us thus far. Overall, will definitely come back. I love me a stuffed pizza with the price of about $25 for a large (about 12 slices), its worth it.

A little bit of what we ordered...

The food was amazing! We definitely enjoyed the beef taco pizza. It looked great, it smelled nice, and was totally delicious! We ordered cheese bread too, it was full of flavor and such a big serving. Definitely recommend this place.

On time. Delicious! Fast and courteous! This little hole in the wall pizza place won't disappoint. We were staying nearby and decided to go with the pan tossed butcher pizza!

We ordered there again last night, and YUMMMM! Perfect crust, amazing reheated leftovers. Pics, next time, I swear! The service is excellent, also. We just still don't want to eat there - I'm pretty sure that's by design. But, cool! I'm ok with that

I came across Stevie's Famous via social media and the people weren't lying that they have the BEST…read moresourdough crust pizza in town (maybe in all of WA). I literally made my boyfriend take me here twice in one week because of how mind-blowing good their pizza is! Stevie's sells whole 12" pizzas (made for 2-3 people) and pizza by the slice. They unfortunately don't do half and half pizzas, so you and you companion(s) have to be on the same page if your ordering a whole pizza. On my first visit, I ordered a slice of their classic PEPPERONI ($5.50) and made it a Normie (+$2). I'm not sure who Normie is, but Normie is an absolute genius for adding burrata and hot honey to pizza - a literal kiss from heaven. The burrata and hot honey combo adds lots of complex flavors to your slice - so you get the savory, the sweet, and the spicy in every bite - and complex textures with the crispy chewy crust and the soft and creamy burrata. The pepperoni was fantastic and the sourdough crust was fresh and out of this world! On my second visit, I got a slice of their MUSHROOM GORGONZOLA ($6) and you already know I had to make it a Normie (+$2). The mushrooms were nice and earthy and while this pizza didn't have tomato sauce, it had a nice olive oil base and was super delicious. They rotate their pizza slices daily, but always have your standard cheese and pepperoni. If you're getting a slice, they warm up the slice for you right after you order so the cheese gets super gooey and the crust gets super crunchy. I haven't gotten a whole pizza from them yet, but the make it fresh on the spot. Make sure to grab extra napkins cause the slices do get oily and therefore messy. Service is great and the people working there are super friendly. It takes them only about 5 minutes to warm up a slice of pizza and they always welcome you in and thank you for coming on your way out. In terms of atmosphere, they have limited indoor seating and a couple of outdoor tables. They have merch featuring their dog logo and a couple of arcade machines too. Parking is limited to street-parking only, but I didn't have any issues finding a spot a couple of blocks down. Overall: 5/5 for pizza, 5/5 for service, 4/5 for atmosphere.

This is busy when other competing pizza places on the sme street are empty. The staff is nice and attentive, and the kitchen works at a nonstop pace, keeping up with to-go and in-house orders. This is a funky old-style place with a bar in the back, and additional seating with video games and games for children. I love when a place is family friendly without having to say it. It conveys that, truly, all family types are welcome. Now, in the past, I have ordered the pizza and didn't leave it to my spouse's whim. Sometimes, extreme clarity is best. I asked for extra cheese, which translated into cheese with ricotta. Proletariat always makes thin - crust pizza that is perfect. Soft and yet with just enough crunch to make it some of the best pizza crust I have had. Although I did not enjoy this pizza as much as I have the others, it is not a reflection of Proletariat, but my spouse's ability to convey an order. Again, the pizza was as ordered, but not what my spouse was asked to order. I would have pizza from here nearly every day of the year, but I would need to start diabetes and high cholesterol medicine. Now, I have talked about my crazed love of Caesar salad. This salad is more olive oil-based and not creamy. It has a fresh, rich anchovy flavor, and I enjoy adding more anchovies to the salad. The croutons are just soft enough to really enjoy, but not so hard that you should take a pickaxe to them before eating them. These croutons are amazing, with a nice crunch. The salad comes with parmesan cheese shavings, and they are not stingy with the cheese as well. Oftentimes, restaurants and pizza joints will dole out the parmesan as if it were the last block of cheese on earth - not at Proletariat. This is one place I always look forward to having this Caesar salad. My spouse and I went with 2 friends, and they enjoyed their pizza as well. The volume in the place is not too loud as to be able to engage in your own conversation.

The area appeared very clean. My pizza was ready and handed to me fresh from their oven. I was so hungry I had a slice in the car. It was delicious! The crust was crispy and held up well when grabbed. I was worried the pizza would be greasy, but it was not. The pesto (i think) was evenly distributed and complimented the toppings well. Half of the medium pizza was enough to fill me, and I have a pretty healthy appetite. I was a little disappointed that the Greek salad came with ranch dressing. For a late night spot, I'd definitely recommend them for their pizza; I definitely want to try their other pizzas.
