Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. How the Dysport was administered has affected my eyelid, and my right eye is now completely closed. This has had a significant impact on my daily life as I am currently unable to drive and I am having considerable difficulty working with only one functioning eye. I am also particularly concerned about the amount of Dysport used as a higher dose was administered without my approval. Regardless of whether the additional amount contributed to my current issue, I did not consent to an increase and this has significantly eroded my trust in this practice. I understand that complications can occur with cosmetic injections and not every outcome is necessarily predictable. However, I believe patients should be able to trust that their specific treatment requests and consent will be respected. In this case, both the outcome and the decision to administer more product than I requested have left me extremely disappointed. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously and evaluates both the treatment process and communication with patients moving forward.
