This place is adorable! The staff was so welcoming to the people walking in and my stylist was great! She was so chill it was as if we had known eachother for a long time. The owner was there keeping her place clean the entire time I was there and chatting with everybody as well. She checked my temperature as I walked in and didn't make it awkward and told me to have a seat. I was lucky to get an appointment for the next day because they are usually booked 3 weeks out. The work stations were clean and everybody was wearing their masks. I made my second appointment for hair color. I do recommend this place to anyone looking for a new hair stylist. read more

I couldn't help but do a Yelp review as soon as I got home. I am so excited about my hair and the new shop I found:) Stacy did my hair and in one word- she is amazing!! She truly is a master at what she does. I desperately needed a makeover (horrible ombré and highlight situation). I showed Stacy a picture of what I wanted or hoped to progress to. Stacy talked with me about options and possibilities. She was positive about correcting my hair and didn't have a negative opinion or "no" attitude about what I wanted to do. She also cares about the health of my hair and lighted it to a level that wouldn't damage it either. She cut and styled it perfectly. I just love it:) She is personable and nice, and funny. The time flew by during our appt. I had fun and enjoyed it:) The shop is adorable. I love love love that it is a little family owned shop, perfectly situated in the country but not far out from the city. It's such a refreshing change from the snobby salons here in town. I just felt at home there! It's cozy, and cute, and super clean. They offer other services besides hair too, like nails/pedi's, facials, etc. This place is a hidden gem, seriously. Bella Mia Salon is so convenient as far as distance from my home. But not only does this salon serve as convenience for those in the area (country) it has quality stylists and artists! My first visit here I believe I had a haircut from Marie (the owner) and I was so pleased and happy with the result, especially after a cut from Supercuts from a lady who had a lazy eye and cut my hair uneven, Marie really did fix me up ! Her expertise and experience definitely shined through. After a simple cut from Marie I walked out feeling good, which caused me to later return for Prom last year. Once returned, I was booked with Deana for an up do, and boy can she work those fingers ! I absolutely love her work. Aside from great expertise in the hair department, I have yet to speak about my absolute favorite, Danielle! She has been my makeup artist for the past three high school events and once I met her and seen what she can do, I never did seek to go to anyone else ! She recently worked in LA for commercial makeup and working for MAC, but now she is back in her hometown working at Mia Bella and part time MAC as well. Not only is her work and as well as all the other lady's work phenomenal but she has the best personality. All the ladies are very nice here they even recognize who I am when I call in for an appointment. But another thing I love about Danielle, is recently she called me a week before my Prom this year calling to ask me what time I wanted to come in, before I even had to remind her from the last time I was there earlier on in the year! Alright Lady's this one is for you, men to, but this place is really girly. Of course I give is 5 stars, my mommy works in this place...she does great hair, she is the best, real nice lady to. This place is kinda is the country part of fresno, but worth the drive. They do nails to (go to Gina), tanning, and I think they massage there to. Bella Mia is a great salon with really down to earth girls. The salon is smaller than most and a little drive into the country but everyone is very skilled in what they do, and even do much more! Dani always takes great care of my hair and as a natural brunette bleaching it to a bright blonde, that says a lot! She even does nails, facials, and waxing! If you want a place that gives you great service AND with real people who will honestly tell you the truth, this is the place to go. Ive have gone to so many hair salons and even more nail salons and Bella Mia is BY FAR the best I have ever been to, including the upscale salons in L.A. Stacy is the best there is. Shes been doing my color since she was fresh out of cosmotology school. Shes the queen of color, especially if you're looking for a blonde that looks classy and expensive. The greatest part is, the prices are average, and on the low side of average at that! Stacy more recently has also strted doing my nail. UNBELIEVABLE. Ive had acrylics forever and every single time just days in I would loose nails, but when Stacy does them I can go three weeks without any signs of lifting! Shes just awesome. read more

Completely underwhelmed with the services I recieved. I specifically told Mary Ann that I didn't want red hair, and ended up with exactly what I didn't want. She charged me $75 for a color root touch-up, I didn't get a haircut, style, or all over color. For $75 I got copper red roots. read more
