If I could leave zero stars, I would. Had a horrible experience with my tech. She struggled to properly remove the polish that was on my nails and filed down to the thinnest layer of my nails. I had to insist that she stopped drilling because she almost went completely through my nails. As if that wasn't worse enough, she then insisted that I get my cuticles done and ended up cutting me to the point I was bleeding. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never had a manicure this horrible. Would not recommend seeing Lisa if you go to this salon. Poor quality manicure that took 2 hours! read more

I went in to get acrylic french tips and it cost me $98 with a 15% tip. The nails turned out okay ish but badly shaped and one broke off the next day so I had to go back and get it fixed. The newer, single nail turned out well but the rest were still so awfully shaped and I had to go home and file them all so that they could be atleast okay looking. The actual French tip (where the white is) was all uneven and had bubbles in it and no two nails were fully even. I got asked by a few people if I had done the nails myself (I am not a nail tech) and one person even asked me what salon I went to so they wouldn't go there in the future. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon for gel mani and regular pedi. $45 and $30 respectively. They were not busy at all. My nail tech San preferred for me to pay her via Venmo but I used a cc instead. The pedi bath was a bit chilly to start until she added hot water. She was helpful in helping me find a gel color to match my toes. It wasn't exact but I liked it. I don't visit nail salons often as I find they rush you in and out and don't do anything I can't do myself at home. I was in the mall and decided to try this place out before the holidays, as I wanted acrylic on two short messed up thumb nails, and just wanted my nails to look good. I met with San, who listened to what I wanted, and never rushed me. When I didn't like the original color I agreed to, she started over and never made me feel bad that she did two nails already. She found a different color that I wasn't sure of, and would have never picked, and completely loved it. It was very neutral and exactly what I was looking for. The acrylics came out perfect, very natural and hard to tell they aren't mine. The manicure was one of the best I ever had, as I am picky. We walked in on a weekday afternoon as a fun outing with my mother-in-law and daughters, and they were very accommodating and kind. It was my daughters' first experience getting a professional manicure and they had so much fun! First off. They didn't have anyone washing hands. Bon did my nails on a Saturday. He almost sliced my finger open with the manual nail file. My two pointer fingers weren't sealed properly. I had to remove them so nothing got in and caused and infection. My thumb nail has a huge bubble in it. My pointer finger has a bubble as well. I'm not sure how you get bubbles in gel Polish. So three days later and I'm missing two nails and two others look messed up because of the bubbles. I'm also not entirely sure some sort of infection won't arise. Was not a good experience. The pricing was different than what was listed online to start with. My best friend and I went for a full set and pedicures. My toes are uneven, so much so that one of the nails is drastically lighter than the others. two of my nails broke within less than 24 hours without doing anything that would cause this to happen - brought in groceries...was holding them on my arms not even in my hands. My husband called Bc I was obv upset about two breaking so quickly and was told to have me go in to get them fixed. Upon arriving to the salon, I was told they couldn't fix them Bc they hadn't done them and said I would have to go back AGAIN. DO NOT SPEND ANY TIME OR MONEY AT THIS CRAZY NAIL SALON! While some of the staff is friendly and speaks English- they seem to prefer to speak/yell/ talk about customers in Vietnamese. Every once of the salon was dirty and unkempt chairs for clients to sit on were a bad first impression. My fingers and nails are still sore from the over filing that Mimi gave my hands. My daughters new set of nails were VERY thick and had extra plaster under her nails. This was part of my birthday gift to my daughter.... We spent a good amount of time trying to fix the mess they created. Here is the good stuff: they are located in the mall- with convenient hours. Not worth the wait. Yes its in the mall so you expect to wait a bit which is expected. Told us its an hour wait which was no problem cause we put our name down and they called us an hour later while in the meantime we did a little shopping. I had a regular manicure and it seemed as she was just rushing thru my service and didn't do a good job as my cuticles were still jacked up and the nail polish not cleanly applied. I have never ever yelled "OW" during a pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was madly rough. When pushing back my cuticles it was more like shoving them back. She overcut the cuticles as well, so there was a small amount of blood. And the little spinny thing? I didn't think anyone could ever mess that up. Turns out if you bring that to your foot at a perpendicular angle...it hurts a lot. When I tried to tell her it hurt when she was cutting the sides of my nails she said "I'm trying to make better" then when I yelled OW with the spinny callous shaving thingy, she said, "your feet are rough, this needs to be done." Yeah, I'm 30 and have been getting pedicures from a ton of different locations since 18 (I move around a lot). Only once before has a guy overcut my cuticles and this was so much worse than that. There wasn't anything that really made up for that either. The service overall wasn't great (but that's bc there's a lot of customers coming in from the mall) and the massage time barely hit two minutes. It's like everyone there is so entitled at having a prime location that's going to get business no matter what that they forgot how to do even mediocre nail salon work. read more

First and last time at this establishment. I should've known when I walked in and no one greeted me that I was in the wrong place. Since I was already shopping in the mall, I thought it wouldn't hurt to give them a chance. I opted for a pedicure. Water was cold. No one ever asked me my preference for the temperature.Nail tech was cold towards me. Just yanked my foot around never made eye contact. Spoke a different language the entire time. I had no idea whether he was talking to me or his coworker. Attempted to use an electric buffer on the bottom of my foot. I yanked my foot back out of pain and he laughed. Very uncomfortable foot massage. Nearly twisted my ankle jerking my foot around instead of speaking English and requesting that I turn my foot a certain way. Dug too deep in my cuticles and when he went to put the primer on it burned. Overall distasteful experience. Save yourself the inconvenience and just go somewhere else for a pedicure. I LOVE Bella Nails!!! When I first moved to CO from Iowa, it was difficult to find a great nail salon. I tried out many, but was always disappointed and never went back a second time. I chose to try out Bella Nails because I was a sales manager at a department store and I liked the convenience of getting my nails done in the same mall where I worked. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the service I received there. All of the employees are friendly, and are fun to chat with if you want to chat, yet will leave you be if you're in "relax mode". I have had my nails done by 3 or 4 of the ladies there, and all have done a fantastic job. Pedicures as well. Since I first started going to Bella Nails, I was promoted to another location in Longmont, and then switched jobs and am now employed in Westminster. I live downtown Denver. Wherever I have been, I still ALWAYS drive to Bella Nails to get my nails done. I go to see one technician in particular these days, Dana, and she is always able to fit me into her schedule on the day I would like to come see her. Being a young professional with student loans, having nails for me is a luxury. I love the pink and white acrylic. Dana does such an amazing job that I can go for a month before I have to come back to see her. No chips or cracks---my nails still look good! And I work with my hands! I get compliments all the time... I would (and have) recommended Bella Nails to anyone! **They also offer waxing services at Bella. The atmosphere of Bella nails is warm and inviting and I felt very comfortable there, so I highly recommend the visit, if only to view their extensive polish collection. I have gone to Bella Nails a few times, each time waiting until Dana is available. I found Bella Nails by desperately needing a manicure at 6pm and every salon near by was closing soon and/or had poor reviews. I went into this salon at 7p and put my name on the list. They were running behind and said we could come back the next day but Dana and Christie insisted we stay. We do not regret it! They were funny and entertaining as they gave my friend and I both mani/pedis past closing time. I went back again with a different friend before our trip to Disneyland and Dana did a fantastic job! The first time I went here was for a manicure. The manicure was just ok and the lady I worked with was nice. I went back for a pedicure before my vacation because I didn't know of any other place to go. It was NOT worth the money. I thought I was just getting a regular pedicure, however they ended up charging me for a "deluxe" pedicure. When I asked why, she said it was because they had massaged my feet for about 2 minutes and used this wax to put my feet in. I ended up paying $10 more for something I didn't even want. The lady who put on the color did a poor job. It was on my cuticles and skin, and she didn't cover all the areas of my nails on a few toes. The most disappointing part was about 5 minutes after I left. Although they assured me the color was dry, my flip flop rubbed up against my big toe and the polish smugged. I went back, and they hurriedly fixed it. They coated on the polish and top coat again, but didn't wait for my nail to dry. The entire nail has bubbles on it and looks terrible. I didn't bother going back to get it fixed. I spent $38 as well as tip and it was a waste of money. I could have done a better job myself. I'll invest in a ped egg and do my own nails! read more
