This place was clean, and the ambience was very nice. The people were courteous and kind. However, I came in with my boyfriend and we both got classic pedicures. He of course got no polish, but I decided to do shellac with my classic pedicure. After my toenails were clipped, filed, and my cuticles or trimmed and heels were briefly scrubbed, they painted the gel on my toes. After painting, I was waiting for the the rest of the pedicure... i.e. dead skin scrub, massage, and hot towel. I only got lotion applied. There was no massage or scrub. After spending $114 after tip I am super disappointed! They only spent 13 minutes on my boyfriend's pedicure and about 20 on mine. The massage and scrub are the best part and these were just completely skipped. Here is what the classic pedicure entails on their website:

You can see polish residue that got on the skin and sloppy especially on the second to last toe!

I did not like the experience I had here today. The woman who works here was sloppy with the polish and when I pointed it out she just argued with me and tried to blame it on me. She refused to fix it. The man who also works here was super rude and chimed in arguing and actually handed me a bottle of nail polish remover and told me to fix it myself. I actually had to refuse to pay to finally get them to fix it. They do have a clean shop but their attitude toward their customers stinks. My polish still didn't get fixed all the way and they are very overpriced here.

Came in from out of state for the weekend and on a whim decided to see about getting a mani and pedi. Being an elite yelpper I of course got on yelp to find a place to go! I called and they were able to get me in at 4:15p did a Deluxe pedicure and it was lovely she took her time and I almost fell asleep it felt so good. I did the dip powder manicure and it turned out beautiful. He did a great job on shaping my nails the way I wanted and checking to make sure I was happy with them before I left. The spa is clean and bright and tranquil everything a nail spa should be to relax. Overall I enjoyed my time and will come back when in the area and recommend!

I haven't had my nails done in years. This is a treat for me, for sure. I came in and showed a photo and asked if they could do it. He said yes and to wait 5 minutes. Long story short, they didn't have the base color I wanted, so I picked another that he had to keep shaking up (giving a weak uneven coat) then after he finished my nails he tells me he doesn't have the gold I wanted to put on the tips. Just tell me you can't do it instead of giving me something I dont want. I'm super unhappy. Here is what I asked for verses what I got:

I just moved here from out of state and was a little nervous trying to find my new nail spot. I looked on Yelp and figured this place has good reviews and it was down the street. Well, it did not disappoint! I got a dip manicure with Michelle and she was so gentle with me and really took her time. They are doing great with COVID and had me wash my hands multiple times. I am so happy I found my new nail spot!

Let me preface this by saying that I now live in San Francisco but this place is wonderful and I had such a phenomenal experience that I plan on returning as often as a I can since I visit Colorado frequently (my parents live out here). I not only want to have a great technician work on my nails but I think ambiance is important as well. I'll start off by saying the place is beautiful. From the floor to the ceiling to the overall decor it's modern and incredibly clean. They have a fantastic line of OPI and other products as well. To be honest, I go get pedicures not so much to get my toenails painted (I can easily paint them myself) but for the massage and exfoliation. The massage was by far THE best I've had in years from any nail salon. I'd seriously go back just for that. Everything else from the sugar scrub, hot towel, paraffin wax, to of course polish job was also done well/relaxing. Lastly, onto a few more little things that I think are equally notable in recommending Lucky Nails & Spa. Staff were all friendly and attentive. They are very hygienic. They open the sealed sterilized packages right in front of you. They line the foot basins with plastic and wear latex free gloves. The massage chairs are plentiful and actually give a nice massage with a variety of options. Prices are comparable to most other nail salons I've gone to and I feel it is fairly priced for the different services offered. In summary, I HIGHLY recommend!

    Perfection!

The technician did a nice job but their prices are too expensive! Pedi costs $39 and gel pedi was $59!

I have since gone back for regular TrueBrow Maintenance as well as the Lash Lift & Tinting. I find the whole process, from then until now, just awesome. It was fascinating to see the before and after during that first appointment.. and just how straight my eyelashes were - aside from the light coloring. My eyebrows, which I thought just wouldn't grow back (I had kept them too thin for years), was just a case of not REALLY allowing them to grow back fully, along with super light hairs that were 'found' after tinting as well. I had taken the route of lifting & tinting since the maintenance of extensions, etc. are just too much for me, personally. I am 100% happy with the lift & tinting. I have always been a eyeliner & mascara person and won't leave the house without either.. and with this, all I have to do is throw on some quick eyeliner, if anything at all & my eye lashes are ALWAYS perfect. I haven't had to use an eyelash curler since! My eyebrows have come a long way since February and after each maintenance visit, they look better every time. I had someone recently comment about my 'pretty eyebrows' and it was such a huge compliment to hear. I also was kind of clueless, and had no luck with purchasing the right pencil or color to fill in my eyebrows - or even the right way to do it, so with some instructions from Caroline, I also purchased the TrueBrow collection. That is one great product I could not live without now. It's so easy, and fast and it lasts all day long. It's become some a routine for me to take care of eyebrows whenever I'm doing the rest of my makeup, I now feel naked on the days I don't. All in all, a super fantastic experience. I feel very lucky to have 'found' Caroline; she is an amazing esthetician/specialist. She takes her time waxing, tweezing, coloring.. it's a very comfortable space and I find it a peaceful moment out of my day at each appointment.

She cares about the health of your lashes and really knows her stuff in regards to different styles and methods! I was really expecting very little lasting time, but I was shocked at how long my lashes stayed looking great! She was sensitive to my skin concerns and reactions to adhesives and had many options! I am now addicted! As for eyebrows- she blew me away with the idea of tinting. I like the color of my brows, but tinting them in the same color adds more hair to work with by dying the lighter hairs! I'm probably not explaining accurately, but it literally blew my mind!
