I asked for a simple, one-length cut, which should be basic, yet it was not executed well despite her claiming 16 years of experience. She spent a lot of time talking and trying to make it seem like I, the customer, was wrong or didn't understand hair. If the result had matched all that confidence, fine. But talking a lot and then failing to deliver is not good customer service. I'm really disappointed and now have to pay someone else to fix the uneven, poorly done work on my hair. The Wax Lounge is as sanitary as it gets! I was so impressed. All of the areas a guest would touch can be wiped town or disposed of (think disposable underwear, paper sheets). There are no towels or blankets which can keep bacteria. Tania is also very professional! She took her time and understood how painful it is for me (red heads feel more pain, it's science!). I was so grateful to her for respecting me in that way especially considering she had a full schedule. Booking appointments is easy using Vagaro. Her studio is in the Salon Republic so plenty of parking and also a waiting area if you're running early.
