Bullied into a service I didn't want, (my skin itches with gel polish, makes no sense, but it does. I was told I had to have gel, "holds longer, it stronger, look better") and received an awful result. Polish lays over the nail and looks like I did it myself. My daughter had a full set put on and they look like a 5 year old did the job. Never again!

As a newcomer to the area I'm in search of a nail salon and after a bad experience at the highly recommended Sindy's I decided to give this place a try. Super nice staff and very reasonable pricing ($58 for gel manicure and classic pedicure). However... Reasons I won't be going back unfortunately: - they don't line their pedicure bowls - my nail shape on toes and hands is inconsistent - the polish was applied sloppily (examples: edges of toes and hands have no polish; gel polish is applied on top of the cuticle on some fingers) see attached photos I was in desperate need of a pedicure due to some ingrowns and a manicure bc my nails had gotten too long for typing. So on a positive note, my ingrowns were taken care of and my nails are cut and filed so I can work more efficiently on a keyboard. But at the end of the day I need a place where the attention to detail is much higher. Note: cash only for tips. **UPDATE** I think initially I was bothered by some imperfect nails but now that I've gotten over it I have to give credit where credit is do because my nails (and toes) do look great as a whole.

Always love getting my nails done by Joe. He puts up with my crazy ideas for designs and great service! I recommend coming here if you want great service and a great laugh!

I read about this business on Google and me being from Fayetteville Nc. I took a chance with this salon, because I had very expensive silver metallic nail tips that I definitely didn't want ruined. My nail technician was named Ms.Julie and I greatly appreciated her taking her time. She definitely follows directions well. The heated nail massage was awesome and so unexpected! I can't believe everything was $35. In Fayetteville it would have cost me 75. I hope she continues to be amazing and I would be honored to see her again.-Respectfully NicholleeJ

Nail broke on middle finger and top coat is coming off on thumb, index, and middle fingers.

UPDATE: I will not be coming back. My nails have continued to break and break because the dip powder is too thin. This is ridiculous.

I really like this place. I have been to many nail salons in the Fredericksburg area, and this is my favorite. Joe and Julie are professional and friendly, and very accommodating! I have had many services here - standard and gel manicures and pedicures, and SNS, which is my preference. Julie does a beautiful job with the dipping, and does it exactly how I like it - very thin. My manicures have to withstand my piano playing, and with their SNS, they do! I have never had a bad experience, and I will continue to be a happy customer of theirs!

I went in to this Nail place for the first time and I was super impressed with the ladies that work here. I got a pedicure done and it was amazing! The lady took her time and did such an amazing job ( sadly I did not get her name) I also got my nails done the powder dip and a different lady did my nails ( sadly I didn't get her name) and she did an outstanding job. Clean professional and I got exactly what I asked for. I live approximately 5 minutes from here and I am one happy customer knowing that they are right by my house! My new nail salon!!!

John was the person that did my full set "ombré" powder. I originally compromised on a lot of the design that I wanted because they didn't have the polish/glitter/diamonds that i wanted, I settled on snowflakes on 4 fingers & candy cane stripes on 2 others. Showed him a reference photo and he said it was all good & my total would be $85. The shaping was already terrible to me but that's something I can fix myself at home. He attempted the snowflakes and resulted in me deciding to not get any designs at all. Checkout time comes and he tells me that my total is $70. excuse me? for these SHORT, barely shaped nails that are NOTHING like the picture that he said he could accomplish? definitely WILL NOT be spending any more of my money with John nor any other Bella's employees!

You can see the unevenness of the filing around the cuticle. They look weeks old.

Usually this salon does a really nice job but I have been really disappointed in my nails the past few times I've been. Which is why I gave three stars. These were done two days ago. I can normally go about three weeks before replacing my dip nails which is great because they are expensive! The nail tech filed them down too hard and ended up cutting my skin as well. I don't know if I will back.

The pedicure provided by Julie was amazing. Definitely recommend the spa pedicure

Excellent customer service and pedicure by Julie. They practice safety which I appreciate.

HORRIBLE service! Would not recommend this salon. My nail tech spent less than five minutes on my "manicure" before passing me off to someone else to paint. I explained to him that she did not do anything for my nails, and he claimed they were "too short". My cuticles did not get treated... He painted over half of them. The paint was clumpy and un even. Ive received many manicures in my life- This one being by far the worst! I wish I did not spend $35 plus a $6 tip for such a horrible job!

Simple pedicure so I can let my nails breath.

But, it's worth checking out. I called during the COVID-19 shutdown looking for tp, and after an annoying interchange with the voice recorded operator, I finally spoke to a real person. He was accommodating, polite and knowledgeable. I was able to pop in and out, with my appropriate PPE, they were out of stock of several "essential" items such as paper products, Lysol, etc. but the rest of the store was plentiful and tidy. Easy access and parking. Curbside pickup and drive thru offered.

I feel Walgreens and other large chains should make it easy for customers to find things by keeping store formats the same. It seems every Walgreens is laid out differently somehow. I've been to this location a couple of times because it is convenient from my office. You would think finding oral hygiene items would be a breeze but the section is located all the way to the left of the store and is unmarked. Usually this aisle is located in the middle of the store and marked appropriately. Needless to say, I had to walk all over the place to find items that should be easily marked and easy to find. My other pet peeves with this place is that the ATM doesn't always work and there is never anyone at a register so you have to hope and pray an associate sees you waiting. Other than that, this place suffices if you're in the area and need some basic items Walgreens usually sells.

I had just had a tooth pulled and I was in pain. There was a problem with the prescription and the pharmacist needed to contact the dentist for a correction. Given that it was 5:30, I presumed we could get everything cleared up. The dentist returned the call to the pharmacist by 6:30 and submitted a corrected prescription. I got a call from the pharmacist at 6:57. The pharmacy was out of stock. I was told that they closed in 3 minutes. I could not believe this. If the pharmacist had checked stock immediately, we could have gone to another pharmacy. As we talked, I was then told they close in 2 minutes. Countdown to a hang up. Zero customer service. Zero consideration. Clearly the pharmacist was acting in her own self-interest and did not care that she delivered terrible service. I was in pain and she did not care. You have lost a customer forever. For the past 5 years I have been a loyal customer spending at least $150 per week. I estimate $39,000 over that time frame. No more. You lost a customer forever. I contacted the manager. He has my number. He promised to take action. Nothing happened. John Williams

Where other Walgreens fail, repeatedly, this location masters customer service and truly puts the heart in patient care. This pharmacy is a gem, from the pharmacy techs (shout out to Cece) to the pharmacists I feel so lucky to have found this place, and I don't say this lightly. I'm a registered nurse and a complex patient, and finding a team like this one is rare. Keep it up :-)

So I always do my research on who I want to do my lashes when I move to a new location. Lashes by Aida, although new, is highly regarded and raved about. After I had found the company, I did my research on each lash tech/aesthetician and found Stephanie to be one of the top in the company and area. Her social media presence and client testimonials is what drew me to her, and I have not been disappointed. I've seen her twice in the past month and have been very impressed each time. I won't be going to anyone else while I'm living in the area and recommend everyone book with her! Lashes by Aida (Spotsylvania location) is clean and pretty. I love their waiting room decor and aesthetic. I also recently found out they offer more than just lashes. You can get facial waxing and facials.
