    BELLA NISSIAN I am providing my candid assessment of a disappointing and stressful car shopping experience at Bella Nissan. Having conducted business with multiple dealerships, I have never encountered this type of behavior, which unfortunately yielded a negative outcome. Utilizing CarGuru, I contacted the dealership to confirm availability and scheduled a test drive. However, the check engine light illuminated, and I encountered numerous misrepresentations from the salesman, finance manager, and other involved parties, except for one or two individuals who demonstrated understanding of my car buying experience. Undisclosed items were added to the contract, including two items with separate contract numbers. Upon inquiry, the dealership fabricated explanations, claiming unawareness of the items' origin. It was evident that these items had been added, and the finance manager was the sole individual capable of doing so, as such items typically originate from the finance office. I expressed extreme dissatisfaction, prompting the bank to contact me and provide the numbers of the extended packages that had been added. I contacted the bank, and they furnished me with two contract numbers. When I contacted the dealership again, they falsely claimed that the items were not included in the contract, whereas the bank confirmed their presence. This dealership's propensity for dishonesty was alarming, and I can confidently assert that this was the worst buying experience I have ever encountered, replete with deception and dishonesty, including the possibility that the check engine light was caused by a loose gas cap, despite the vehicle being capless. The check engine light resulted from a new battery. The dealership claimed intentions to retain the vehicle for battery replacement, after initially stating that a new battery had already been installed. One representative, Stephen, inquired about the cancellation of funding and falsely accused me of taking possession of the vehicle, which was untrue, and displayed rudeness without offering an apology for the baseless accusation. The behavior exhibited by this dealership was utterly reprehensible. My phone calls went unanswered; I had to drive up there in person. I am utilizing my daughter's account to post this, as they may claim unfamiliarity with me. However, I possess proof. I voided the contract, and with a credit score exceeding 700, they insisted I utilize their financing instead of my own. Looking on the paperwork left while wating It was disclosed on the paperwork using their bank would result in a $4,365.00 commission, whereas using external financing would increase the vehicle's price by $2,000. I provided a $500 cash deposit, which was returned four days later by check. The following day, I visited Heritage Cadillac, where I experienced a vastly different and positive experience, characterized by a seamless sign-and-drive process and a professional staff that demonstrated genuine appreciation for my business.

I'm big on sports cars, and she found me the perfect Nissan maxima platinum with the perfect amount of safety features for my first car! Drives smooth, interior and exterior looks amazing, and I've had no issues with it at all! Also considering it was a used car, it feels so brand new and fresh to me, also recommended my mom and brother to get a new car too and they got just what they needed as well! Amazing customer service, honesty, and very knowledgeable for all types and models. If you want to look into getting a new car, Najalee is the one to see! 10/10

Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the work or the scratches that were left in the clear coat on my tank on my brand new motorcycle. Instead of telling my BF his gift fell short, I quietly enlisted the help of Uni-Tech. Best decision ever! Jose quoted a nominal and fair price to remove the badges, cut & buff the tank to remove the scratches and reinstall the badges. They were complete in the promised amount of time (1 day) and my tank looks brand new again! Although they claim not to work on motorcycles anymore they took on my little project and got my scooter right! This will be my first stop for any paint work that I need on my bikes and vehicles from this point forward!! The staff (from the front desk to the gents in the shop) were kind and and took my concerns seriously and addressed those concerns and questions thoroughly. When I decide to change the badges out again, I'm headed right back to Uni-Tech for the next set. I highly recommend this body shop and will definitely be using them again! A great shop with great people, right here in my own neighborhood so it's amazingly convenient too.

We spoke with our Sales Consultant and confirmed an appointment for 5:00 PM on 6/30/2026. That day, the Sales Consultant texted to reconfirm the appointment for purchase of the exact vehicle in our quote. We drove nearly three hours and arrived at 4:00 PM. When we asked to see the specific vehicle from our quote, the Sales Rep first tried to redirect us to a different vehicle in a different color. When we insisted on seeing the vehicle we were quoted, he admitted that VIN 5FNYG1H87TB044677 was currently being driven by the dealership's General Manager and already had over 600 miles on it -- despite being quoted, advertised, and priced to us as a brand-new vehicle. We raised this with the Sales Manager on-site, expecting it to be addressed. Instead, he took the Sales Rep's side. We left without purchasing. As of this writing, the same VIN is still listed on Nalley Honda's website as "On the Lot" and for sale as a new vehicle at $56,288 with no disclosure of the mileage or General Manager usage we were told about in person by the Sales Consultant.     I recently went to the ALM Chevy South location to get a oil change and transmission diagnostic. They also quoted me nine thousand dollars for a new transmission where other shops were charging me 4750 for a new transmission plus 1000 for labor. When I declined the transmission it took them almost another 2 weeks to fix my rear shocks and brakes and the oil change. To put it into perspective. I took a 3 week vacation and the car still was not complete when I returned from vacation to where I had to get a rental car to go to work because my car was still being serviced by this location. When I finally went to pick up my car after they said it was ready I had to wait 30+ minutes as they only had one sales rep and when I got in the car the seat had a smudge and still had tags in it. No new oil change tag in the driver side and the oil life wasnt even reset on the console. 2k for rear shocks, front brakes and a oil change. I cannot recommend getting car service from this location. Ever since ALM bought out this location service has gone down. My last oil change I dropped it off in the morning and it wasnt ready until the next day. The time before that they said they are so swamped that they wont be able to even service my car that day so I ended up having to take it somewhere else. Hopefully their service gets better in the future.

I updated my car, made my selections, added it to my cart and proceeded to make payment. Once payment was made, I received an email confirming my purchase as well as order status with the store... When my order was ready I was alerted via email and text message and began to make my way to the store. Autozone - Union City was easy to find as it sits directly on Roosevelt Highway. I pulled in, parked, and proceeded inside. The store was clean and had the Autozone car care smell that all the stores have. LoL!!! It smells like inventory and mechanics. Haha! I walked to the counter, provided the clerk with my barcode that was in my email. She advised that the barcodes never work but she would give it a try. Her thoughts were correct as the barcode yielded nothing. However, she was able to retrieve my order via my last name. She located my bag and I was on my way. The entire in-store experience was all of maybe 3 minutes. Just like I love it. In and out. This is what online ordering and in store pick up is all about. Though my interaction was minimal, the clerk smiled, was pleasant, and wished me a good day. So the service was good in my opinion. Furthermore, the lady was very engaging as a whole.
