I often come here to have my oil changed and the service is great and the staff is reliable, however today I experienced something that was not professional. The receptionist "Angelia" is AWESOME, she always takes care of me whenever I come. There was a customer that came in for an oil change as well as brake pad replacement, Angelia asked the Machanic if he would have time today to service the brakes and he replied not today. He told her that the oil could be changed but that the customer would have to schedule the brakes at another time. The manager overheard the conversation and interjected with "he will do the brakes, I don't care what he says", this was extremely unprofessional. That comment should not have been made in a waiting area with other customers. I will be back with hopes of more positive energy. read more

I took my vehicle in for repairs which did not get fixed, my car is in worse condition than the original state it arrived. Keno and Nathaniel did a poor service of attempting work on my vehicle, after taking over $500 to fix the original issue they proceeded to tell me there's another issue which they did not stat the first time. I am an auto broker and i have gotten several of my cars serviced here. My Fiance counld not get an appt at the dealership to service her car in time so i took it to Precision Tune in Union city. When we went back to pick it up they went thru her glove compartment and stole money and a bracelet out of the car. When i tried to talk to the manager about it he talked to me as if i was garbage. I called the police and made a report to reframe from this situation getting any worse than what it was. read more

Went in for a transmission flush and turns out they didn't do the work. My transmission is damaged cause the bad oil was left in the pan. I may need a new transmission now. Transmissions are expensive, but they don't care as long they get paid it's all good. I highly don't recommend this place to visit read more

Unfortunately my husband went to this location for an oil change. We've taken my car here in the past. They said that they not only change the oil, but change the oil filter included in the price. Well, they finished his car so quickly it made him feel uneasy. So he looked under the hood. No new filter, and the oil looked low. Why? Why not just do your job, with integrity and professionalism? SINGLE LADIES RUN!!!! Do NOT come here. I came here for an oil change and they broke the stick where you check the oil. I don't touch my car at all so I didn't even notice until my father checked under my hood. He asked me where I got it done at and I told him. It was time for another oil change so we go back to the shop to tell them and get it taken care of. I tell the lady at the front desk and she says no problem. One of the mechanics come from the back and swears I've been somewhere else. I tell him to check the sticker from the previous visit in my window. Then he say "we normally notate when a stick has been broken and there are no notes" ... I said that's because it wasn't broken when I brought it in here. Long story short they did NOT own up to breaking the stick and now I have to go somewhere else to get it removed and replaced. It's such and inconvenience and all they had to do was own up to the mistake and they would've had a customer for life. DO NOT GO HERE LADIES...it's not worth the money or frustration. read more

This place is still the best for me. I had recently gotten my usual oil change every 3 months. I also this time wanted new headlights installed, which I provided. After they installed them, shortly after. There aroused a glitch with my turn signals not working properly. In about 15 minutes of troubleshooting, they found the problem and I was happy. South Georgia Precision Tune Auto Care POSTS TO PAGE D Exford Franklin Today at 3:04pm I took my car in for an oil change, the tech suggested that I get the transmission fluid changed also so I allowed them to changed the fluid thinking that they knew what they were doing, after I allowed them to change the fluid the transmission begin to stick and wouldn't change into the correct gear. After taking my car back two times after allowing them to change the transmission fluid because the engine light kept coming on and the gears continued to stick; the Store Manager finally came out and said that I need another transmission, this all happened right after Precision Auto Tune changed my transmission fluid in Union City Ga. The Owner of this location in Union City left me a message and basically said that they will not reimburse me for any cost that I spent to have my car checked out after they put the fluid into my car, and the car transmission began to experience problems she said to bad, it happen two days after they changed the transmission fluid. They refused to fix my car after the store manager said they would pay half for another transmission even though the transmission problems started right after they claimed to have drained and filled my transmission with fluid. I went into the store to have my oil changed not my transmission fluid changed, I had the transmission fluid change at the suggestion of the Tech who was working on my car. I will never take my car or refer anyone to any of these stores again. There is no way that anyone could possibly give this store a high rating, my rating is 1 out of 5 stars, if there was a lower rating I would give this store the lowest possible rating. read more

Terrible location!! I wouldn't recommend then to anyone. There very very unprofessional!! I work for an auto finance company and called this location for an estimate. I spoke with Donna who informed me that she would get one over to me. Since that didn't happen, I've called a few times afterwards requesting the same thing. Still no estimate was received. So today I called to follow up as I was told on several occasions that I would receive one. Spoke to someone Alana (or something similar, hard to understand as she was talking fast and very rude). She said Donna was busy, then she said they're not interested in doing the repairs or providing an estimate and hung up on me. I will be making a formal complaint. read more

Precision tune is not someplace you want to take your car. While they do right by some people . My experience was horrific. Their techs at that time were just a bunch of parts changers who have very poor diagnostic skills . I came in seeking to replace an engine . They claimed they could fix it and it would be cheaper. I said OK make it happen . Then that's where the bottom fell out. They had my car for 2 months trying to figure out the problem. I called corporate only to be told this is an independently owned shop and their hands are tied til further notice. I offered to furnish an engine that they refused because it did not come from their network of venders . They got an engine in. it sat for 3 more wks. I called corporate again. Now the owner is mad and talking to me in fowl tone. It came with a 6 month warranty. One month out of warranty the engine let's go. All I got was a sarcastic , oh we are sorry. This why is why til this day and the rest of my life . I would' not let Precision tune put air in my tires. And it's my sworn duty under oath and extreme prejudice to inform the public of what' s waiting for them at Precision tune. . . read more

Precision Tune refunded me $60 to honor the price that was quoted initially. However, I had to take my vehicle to the Chevy dealer to replace and program the tire sensor. This cost me more time and money ($211.54). The Chevy service manager assured me that the damage to my tire sensor occurred while Precision Tune mounted and balanced my tires. He stated that if my tire sensor indicator or tire pressure display was not lit on my dashboard before I brought my car to Precision Tune, he can say with 100% certainty that the damage was caused during the mounting and balancing of my tires by Precision Tune. That confirmed what I already knew. So, $211.54 minus $60 refund = $151.54. That is what it cost me to fix Precision Tune's mistake and recover my vehicle back to the condition it was in before bringing it to Precision Tune. The $60 refund was a nice gesture by the owner, but not enough to remedy my situation. They should have taken full responsibility and just fixed what they broke. No change on my original rating due to spending more time and more money to get my vehicle right. read more

I would give this place less than one star if I could. I took my car here for a oil change and when I got it back I had a oil leak. I checked the oil and they over filled it, to get more money I guess because if you need more oil then you pay 5 dollars a qt. I took it back up there and told them about it and there reply was that's not our problem. They even went on to say that I was just trying to beat them out of something like some little bitches. Worst service EVER! They are currently also under investigation with BBB because they're known for messing up people's cars! I went there one time and got a premium oil change which also included them topping my fluids. A couple of weeks later, my car started to run hot because the mechanics did not add any coolant to my car at the time of service. They didn't "top" any of my fluids actually. I attempted speaking to them which was a horrible idea. The girl who works the register (Monique) was nasty and impatient and the manager (Tim) he has a very nasty, nonchalant attitude. Of course they didn't want to take ownership of their mistakes and instead of just adding the coolant to my car, told me I would have to pay a $75 diagnostic charge before they would do anything whether it was them who messed it up or not. They also declined to waive the $75 fee if it came back that it was an error on their behalf. I will NEVER take my car here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there especially not women, they try to talk us women into spending money on any little thing. Wish I could give them a thumbs down instead of any number of stars. read more
