    My truck was involved in an accident and tired to this place. Worst mistake ever. They never repaired my truck and now it makes horrible noise when I drive it. I have called several times to speak with general manager and he is never around. I've left messages with Michelle and was told Chris who repaired my truck was fired. I am taking my case further. Classic Collision won't get away with not repairing my Mercedes properly.

Such a nice guy. Especially when I had a small meltdown on the phone, lol. Horacio and another team member (I am so sorry for blanking on name) came by and fixed my windshield. Super great guys and very dialed into their jobs. The job itself took less than an hour. They even saved my car stickers!! :)

    A rock hit my windshield and cracked it. I reached out to H&A for a quote and they responded in…read moreminutes. I had used them before to repair a crack but knew this one would require a replacement. Jason gave me a quote for after market glass and also OEM. Because my BMW has heads up display and other safety features through the windshield he explained why I wanted OEM glass. Afterwards I did my own research and determined he was spot on. No pressure from Jason. He just let me know they were there when I was ready. Then I left town and it was an entire month before I got back to fixing my windshield. H&A is an approved provider through my insurance so the process was so easy. Within 30 minutes, Jason had the authorization from my insurance company for the replacement and calibration needed. Horatio called me and let me know he was on the way. He and Wilmer got right to work. In less than two hours they had my windshield replaced, did the calibration and drove it to make sure everything was functioning properly. They even were kind enough to move the sticker I need to get in our work parking lot from my old windshield to my new one. Horatio and Wilmer were both professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased with how easy H&A made the entire process. Thank you so very much. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, this is who you need to call.

    Do not do service with this company. I had to reschedule three times with them. First due to…read moreincliment weather and it was sunshine and rainbows not a cloud in sight. Hours of my day wasted. So I decided to drive 30 miles out of my way to lithia springs location on my day off- im a nurse, and those days off come sparingly. I get to the shop and I'm sitting there for about 15 minutes before someone even greets me to break the bad news that they do not have the correct glass in shop. So an hour and a half in the car, time wasted, gas wasted, which isn't cheap. They reschedule me to a mobile app two days later. They never tell me that the glass that's needed for my car is going to be an additional 377 bucks on top of the 508 I've already paid. So today, I wait around from 12-3 finally a union city technician comes. Tells me I still owe 377. I told him I called 1800 8514527 to clarify that I'm paid in full- the customer service line indeed says I do not owe additional. They technician and their manager or shop lead- Alexis- says they can't do the work unless I pay the 377. I say absolutely not, and I need a managers number. I will be telling all of my friends and family to use local business and to never use safelite again. They wasted three of my off days, and I had the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. And now I have to still deal with having a broken windshield until I figure out where to do service with. It certainly won't be here

I recently had to replace the windshield on my girlfriend's 2018 Honda and we couldn't have been more satisfied with Cards Auto Service. We were greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation from the mechanic, Card. He quickly assessed the issue with our windshield and provided us with extensive knowledge of the lane assist system associated with the replacement. His expertise and attention to detail gave us peace of mind that we were in good hands. What impressed us the most was how quickly and efficiently Card was able to replace the windshield. He predicted that the service would take longer, but to our surprise, it was completed in no time at all. It was clear that Card takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied with his service.

At 2:45 I texted, no reply. At 2:50 I texted to tell him I'm 15 mins away which would mean I would be 5 mins late than the appointment time. He first says he doesn't know who I am, what car etc... very short and rude. Then I explain and he says well you can come and I'll start on you after the car I have now. How did you give me an appointment at a time that you already had someone booked? My gut told me not to show up so I didn't go. Buyer beware.

He showed up around 4 and fixed my window, vacuumed my car and replaced the motor that made my window function (for free!) all in under an hour and partly in the rain! The price he quoted was very reasonable and the fact that my window was fixed within two hours of my even starting the search is incredible. The customer service was fantastic and the response time was unbelievably quick. Would absolutely recommend!!

Upon completion and inspection, I notice a deep horizontal scratch across the entire window. He apologized, said he would reorder and reinstall. Never heard from him again. I got tired of following up. And that was that. I never did a negative review, I got what I paid for. Fine. However, a few months after he installed the glass, my side door panel separated from the base and is not attached. That I could not take. I never reached out for him to fix it because if he didn't keep his word on the glass replacement that came damaged, why would he fix his faulty install? Now that I'm getting a new car and have time to review after waiting a year for a reply, I Do Not Recommend this business. Do not support this business, especially if you have a luxury vehicle. The money I spent in fixing this after the fact, I could have spent upfront at the dealership to have it done correctly, under warrantee the 1st time.
