I drove back to the store based on that information, only for the manager to refuse the return because the tag wasn't attached. So I wasted my time and gas because your employees gave me incorrect information, and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager simply turned me away. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff clearly aren't trained consistently, and the manager had no interest in helping resolve a problem that your own employee created. Customer service should be about finding solutions, not making customers pay for your team's mistakes. I won't be shopping here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I walked past her, and after several seconds, I said hello. Her response seemed forced and annoyed hello. Five or ten minutes later, her coworker came from the back to clock out. No acknowledgment from her either. It was just the two of us in the store. I perused the whole store looking at the outfits. Not once did this salesperson ask me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. She ignored me the whole time. With employees like her, it is no surprise why retail stores shutter. She was a horrible representative for this store. I could have purchased many of the clothes, however, I chose to leave and made my purchases online. If I am treated in such disrespectful manner, why would I give this store and their horrible staff my hard earned money?

I used to shop here regularly for lingerie and PJs, but after dealing with behavior from employees that felt kind of "off" and changes in branding, sizing, and quality of items, I had to cut back on shopping here. When I go here to shop, I feel as if I annoy the employees just by being in the room. They changed the lineup on their bras and undies. For some styles, a lot of people reported changes in sizing, fit, and band length for some of their newer bras. I think their Real Free is now rebranded as SMOOTHEZ. Their cotton boy-briefs are also not as soft and comfortable as the previous versions, either. The Sydney Sweeney ad controversy was the icing on the cake, as someone who used to watch Euphoria back in 2021. I will still shop here, but only when necessary, maybe once every few years when I need more PJs or intimates. I am very mindful of what I buy here now.

I think I got a little swept up in the excitement of finally doing a fitting and how pretty the items were, and didn't fully trust my instincts in the moment. So I decided to try a different shop and found Tres Jolie. Rose's approach felt very focused on comfort and support. She ended up finding me four great bras. I was looking for everyday options that work well under t-shirts and tighter tops, plus a couple delicate pieces that felt special, while maintaining my style. We went through lots of options and sizes and I never felt rushed. The bras I left with were all slightly different depending on the brand and style (2x 36C, 1x 34C, and 1x 36B), which really showed how much she understands fit.
