Very good Pizza. If you are from NJ or NY, this is getting closer to what we were used to. Thin crust Italian Style pizza. Gramma's pizza is delicious. We live in Elkton and go the extra few miles to get pizza from here, worth the trip. Also have tried a few meals which were pretty good. We first tried Bella Pizza a few weeks ago and have been back a few times. First of all, the buffalo chicken pizza is amazing! We also tried the BBQ chicken and meat lovers. My only complaint on the BBQ was that it could use more cheese, it seemed like it didn't have any on it. So far, we've only had pizza but we plan on trying other menu items eventually. So glad we found a good local pizza place instead of a chain. You can definitely tell the difference! Delivery times aren't bad at all, we called on a busy Friday night, they estimated an hour for delivery and it ended up being less. No complaints here! read more

We just love Bella's I've been ordering from them since i moved to Cecil county 2004. I'm NYC native and we are serious about our pizza i have try lots of pizza places and i could find one that we like until we gave Bella's a try i loved the way the pizza crust was made NYC style and the sauce was just right like how they make it back home. One of our favorite is the seafood pizza is awesome ,gramma is very tasty we also like their chicken bacon ranch pizza I'm glad they put it in their new menu. i say if you haven't try Bella's you are missing out. read more

believe in second chances and bella's hasn't changed,,another bad order. Young lady repeated order back over the phone. But after order arived it was short an item after a quick call to bella's item was never added. My Italian sub would have been great for a rabbit I had to remove most of the lettuce to see the very thin layer of meat. The pizza sub was ordered with extra cheese again a very thin single layer of cheese..delivery was fast...save your money folks take a step up to burger King or Wendy's or eat the freezer burnt TV dinner in your freezer you'll get a better meal.. read more

They have great pizza! My favorite is the buffalo chicken and I usually add pineapple and onion to it and it's Amazing!! My family that I live with loves to order a cheese pizza every single Thursday and usually it's really good but there was a couple of times where the pizza was burnt on the bottom which wasn't a big deal but they have two children who don't want to eat burnt pizza even though it wasn't burnt on top but it was burnt on the bottom and all black and it wasn't all the time but it happens sometimes. They have called Bella's Pizza every time it was burnt on the bottom and they had no problem making a new pizza. Recently it's been happening a lot but my family still loves Bella's Pizza and probably won't stop getting pizza there they just want them to fix the problem. I recently ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was amazing the quesadilla was really big and very filling. I also ordered buffalo chicken tenders they were not crispy they were all soggy. I called up Bella's Pizza and mention that the chicken tenders were soggy and I asked them if they can trade it for a salad they told me to hold on and I waited about 2 minutes and the manager had answered the phone and asked what the issue was I had explained about the chicken tenders he was not too happy to hear it. He was very rude and said that we always call and complain from this address and that he was sick of hearing about it. And told us to find a new pizza place. I thought it was pretty screwed up. I mean I think their food is amazing but come on? If you have black burnt on the bottom of a pizza it shouldn't be a problem if a customer calls and wants a new one maybe you should fix your oven or something. But he didn't have to be so rude I'm sorry but I was looking forward to crispy buffalo chicken tenders it had tasted like soggy chicken tenders someone put in the microwave I did not want to eat them. It doesn't matter how much a person calls and complains they should care enough to be nice enough to fix the problem even if it happens more than once because it is not our fault. And they shouldn't take it out on us we are the customers and it's not right. read more

Best pizza in town, not the world! The staff is always friendly. The crust is tasty and it is real deal pizza. Definitely not your dominoes or pizza hut pizza! I like thin crust, simple pizza. They have other food too, salads, pasta and sandwiches that I haven't tried yet but I think I will stick to the pizza. Update: Thanks to a tip, the Grammas pizza is where it is at! I would give them a minus star if I could. My wife and I went to dinner on 01 13 19. I had 2 orders. One for there and one to go. The waitress was young but I didnt think that would be a problem. My wife and I ordered the Bella special. I then told the waitress that I wanted a togo order before we leave. The waitress told me it wouldnt be a problem placing that order now so I did. So 10 minutes into our drinks the waitress brings part of the togo order which was mozzerella sticks. I informed her again that was part of the togo order and said that we will need new ones cause we will be there for atleast another 30 minutes. When our pizza came out it was burnt on the bottom. When we got the togo they had gave us the old mozzerella sticks and cheese fries and the pizza order was wrong ruining my youngest daughters dinner. I called to complain and was told by the manager Jessica that next time we would be given a credit for the messed up items and I just tried to get the credit and was told the owner would only give a 17.00 credit. We spent over $53.00 and all I was expecting in credit was $33.23 for the togo order. This is a lousy place do not eat there. read more

This is my favorite pizza in Cecil County. The customer service is exceptional. The regular pizza and the grandmas pizza are excellent. I am originally from New York City and this is as close as New York City pizza as you can get in Cecil County. The Greek salad is delicious with tons of fat on top enough for two. Try the creamy Italian always my favorite. We have never been disappointed, we love the staff and the owner Pepe, is always smiling, and greets everyone when they come in the door. read more

I had a friend over who asked me to order something called gramma pizza from Bella pizza.. She had tried it at her son's house and said it was delicious. In fact, she asked me to order a 2nd one that she could take home and freeze for another time. Our big mistake was not calling to complain to Bella's as soon as we looked at the pizzas. Both were so burnt they were barely edible. In fact, some pieces weren't edible. My friend was so embarrassed that she'd bragged it up to me. Other problem was grease. It was so greasy, my friend took the pizzas at the door and the grease had leaked through the bottom of the boxes. She ended up with grease on her shirt while carrying the boxes to the kitchen. It's really a shame because the sauce on the pizza was really good. It was the only thing good I can say about the pieces we were able to eat. Don't think I would eat here again. Whoever made that pizza had to see how burnt it was and should have never allowed it to leave the kitchen. Very disappointed as I'd heard others say they had enjoyed food from here. read more
