Been here twice in the last 10 days, and have tried 3 different sandwiches. The Hot Italian (spicy, not temperature), The Wise Guy, and The Hoagie Man. All three have been delicious. The owner gave me a sample of their meatball and the chopped Italian filling, and they were delicious as well. One of the best meatballs I've had. They only have one size, 10", but they are easily two meals. They are closed Sunday and Monday, so plan accordingly. They have rolls with sesame seeds and plain, so if you have a preference make sure to let them know. Including pictures of them in the order mentioned above, and also adding a picture of the menu, as well as new items they are offering.

The pepperoni is underneath the cheese and toppings, so you don't even know if you have it on the pizza, it's thin sliced pepperoni, so it doesn't get crispy and yummy like it would if placed on top of cheese, when it's baked or broiled in the oven. The pepperoni is good but I could barely taste it because it's buried under all the toppings. This pizza store likes to bury their toppings under the pizza, so the toppings really never get that broiled crispy flavor and taste of a roasted vegetable or a crispy meat. So everything so far is good, but then I get to the one flavor on the pizza that is taking over everything and that's the " sauce "... The sauce is tomato-based and you can tell that it's made from real tomatoes, but it is very sour and tart. If you like a tart sauce, then this is your pizza place, but it does- " take over every flavor on the pizza, and you're reminded of the sourness and tartness of the sauce with every bite! I would recommend adding a little white sugar to your sauce to kind of take the edge off that Sour level of flavor, and the sugar won't hurt the flavor/uniqueness of your sauce overall? The shining star on the pizza was the crust, which is almost perfect. The toppings were very fresh but cut in a small dice, and I would recommend letting your vegetables be free and wild cut, maybe sliced but definitely not small diced.? I would order pizza from here again I think because the delivery was fast and fresh, but I'm concerned about the tart flavor of the sauce! I would give my overall experience an eight out of 10, and the pizza itself a seven out of 10 because of the strong flavored sauce , burying the toppings, and a small dice on the toppings! When I asked about decaf, he brusquely replied, "I'd have to make a pot, and you'd have to drink it." I couldn't tell if he was joking, but it felt off--awkward at best, unwelcoming at worst. I sat down anyway, giving the place a chance, but after 5-10 minutes of being completely ignored--no follow-up, no water, no acknowledgment--I got up and left.
