They charged me $25 to have my door unlocked once and the maintenance person who showed up demanded cash on the spot (after I had been locked out on my porch at 7am) I only had $20 and he said that was enough for the lock out and would cover his gas. The office then continued to text me for the $5! And then we're upset thag I included it in my rent instead of giving them the $5 separate! Beware of Leis realty!

Fresh piss stains started to show up by about 2 weeks of me living there and the place constantly smelled like ammonia. These people will not answer the phone, the office is always locked, there's no one there. You can text an AI bot. I only got a phone call towards the very end where I was told again and again that it wasn't business hours and gaslit that the piss stains were just water damage. Keep in mind I've waited over a month for a response from them so the fact that they were mad about a phone call at 6 o clock says everything I need to know. It was the most disrespectful phone call. They were coming at me, making me feel like it's my fault. Please please do not rent from these people. I'm so happy to be breaking my lease. It is now April 16th, 2026 and we have yet to hear anything about our deposit. We have called numerous times, sent emails, and still nothing.
