I know when we think of flower shops, we think everyone's the same, but it's not this amazing store takes it to the new level when setting up stages, centerpieces, or decorating a bridal Court. I think they are so big they even supply flowers to other flower shops! I just know I have been so happy and have seen many of my friends use them and all of their creative works at the parties over the last couple of years and it has been incredible.

After seeing Kathy U's post of the floral arrangements designed by Daysi from Bella Rosa at her church's Easter brunch, I was sold! Absolutely impressive! Decided to give this locally, family owned florist a try! I emailed, then decided to call as I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. Before calling, I perused their website and found a lot of wedding bouquets and center pieces. Honestly Bella Rosa, you should post more pictures online so potential client know you are a full service florist. So glad I called! Shandy who answered my call was so sweet! She explained they are a wholesale florist & do not produce cookie cutter arrangements. That was exactly my premise..looking for something different. Shandy listened to what I liked and disliked. She asked me to email her designs that caught my eye and color preferences. The result was absolutely lovely! Very pleased with what they created. The flowers were very fresh. Don't you hate when the flowers are delivered are already wilting? The flowers were even more beautiful a few days later! Bella Rosa was very accommodating on when I wanted the arrangement delivered...any day was fine for them! Shows you they are a very caring. Btw... although Shandy emailed me a picture, the arrangement did not look large until I saw it in person. The height was approximately two feet in height! Thank you again Kathy U. for sharing this wonderful florist! Please give this family owned business a try! Remember, it is very important to shop local and support small business in Hawaii so they can survive during these tough economic times!

24 hours before my micro-wedding, Bella Rosa came to the rescue! They made my bridal bouquet and two decorative pieces for the wedding aisle in less than 16 hours for 2/3 what other places were charging. If we had found them earlier, I would have used them for all my flowers for the ceremony. Before discovering Bella Rosa, we went to six other flower shops/craft stores looking for flowers. Every place had expensive inventory that was several days old and only a few pieces of each type of flower. I showed Shandy a few reference photos of tropical bouquets I liked and what other flowers we had picked up on our trips to other stores, and Shandy and her designer helped me pick out complementary flowers while keeping the costs relatively low. They had my bouquets ready for pick up five hours before promised, which was incredibly helpful on the day of the wedding. The leis in the picture and the flowers on the wedding arch weren't done by Bella Rosa but we were able to use some beautiful monstera leaves to augment the flowers on the arch. Bella Rosa also has excellent inventory of beautiful flowers and leaves if you're looking to round out a floral arrangement. I had already rented some arches and pillars from another supplier, but they have some too, making them a convenient one-stop shop for all of your flower decorating needs.

It's hard in planning a celebration of life for a love one, especially when your love one is an innocent baby. The girl that helped me shared her ideas on what she and her Ohana did to celebrate for their dad. She told me that I was able to pick as much different colors roses I wanted, and for this occasion I choose Green, yellow and white, and when I went to pick up my roses they was truly a beautiful Green , yellow and white color, they was even helpful in teaching and educate me how to peel each petals off the rose cause if they did it right then and there it will dry up so I learn to do it the night before. Shandy of Bella Rosa is a Blessed Gem. She took the time to go through the variety of Stand up Wreaths and Casket Sprays for my Fathers Funeral. As hard of a time I was having during this loss, Shandy made it easier for me to pick the perfect flowers, colors of the flowers, banners for each wreath and a sneak peek as to what each arrangement will look like. I understand that I wasn't her only customer, but she made me feel as though I was. I was never a bother to her and I was never rushed. We are so grateful to have found Daysi to do our floral arrangements for our wedding! Every single arrangement from the bouquets, Haku Lei, Groom's Maile lei, etc. all turned out so beautiful and were even better than what we had envisioned. Never buy flowers from this wholesaler!! They get ZERO STARS from me!!!! For Mother's Day, my Mom went to pick up the flowers but the florist wasn't there and my 75 year old Mom waited for half an hour outside in the rain!!! When Mom called them several times, they finally answered on the third try!! They claimed that they stepped out and should be right back but never returned!!! Mom never received her flowers and I am now fighting with my bank to get a refund of $83.77 which they did not want to refund!!! I will keep posting this statement until I get my refund!!! Very nice flowers and service. Really great prices also compared to Watanabe. What you get here for simple full bouquet of random flowers is about $25-$30, if at Watanabe it'd be $60. The only thing I would wish to improve is this one girl that helped me, she wasn't wearing a mask and tried getting close to me. This was before mask mandate lifted. Also, my friend said they'd let u go inside the flower freezer to choose ur own but they didn't it for me. Overall, I would go back tho and recommend. read more

We had to create centerpieces in 3 days notice, and Bella Rosa definitely came thru for us! We knew it was very last minute, but were determined to pull this off and we did with the help of Bella Rosa. We contacted many places and Bella Rosa was not only the easiest to work with (thanks, Gio!), but also the most reasonable price wise (!!!). We even had to return the day of our event for more and they still pulled thru for us! The staff is nice and friendly, and even helped us box our order and place it in our car. Also, the quality of the florals and greenery is exceptional. The white roses were already rather open when we picked them up (due to short notice, we had to select from their stock, which was a lot still) so I was afraid they'd begin to wilt by the time of the event, but I was wrong. It's now 2 days after the event and our white roses are still as white as when we picked them up and are still nicely blooming! Will definitely be back for my floral needs! read more

On a busy afternoon on valentines day, I was in dying need for a tulip, I called a few places around and did not have what I was looking for, especially the road was extremely busy. Made my last call and destination here, best choice and service. It was last minute valentines gift and they immediately responded and helped me. very professional, small business but very hard working and kind. Had what I needed. I wanted a modern tropical minimalist wedding with lots of fresh greens... I scouted a few hawaii wholesalers & am so happy that I went with Bella Rosa. Giovannie was so helpful & easy to work with. I ordered a bunch of monstera leaves for the tables & some white anthurium flowers for misc decor. Everyone thought they looked great & they lasted for a long time afterwards. The flowers are extra large, and the colors are gorgeous! You can't get roses like this from anywhere else on the island! They are very very accommodating as I have ordered 3 "Mrs. America" arm bouquets from Bella Rosa and 5 rose arrangements through the year and have never been disappointed. read more

My father brought a huge corporate account to Cindys, which they made A LOT of money from. He had a personal relationship with the owners, which kept us loyal for decades. After my father passed, the company cut tie with Cindy's. I was devastated and didn't understand why. Cindy's always gave us the best service. Recently I found out why relations were cut. Cindy's has really changed and no longer provides the great customer service they once did. I placed a very important order for an event on the mainland to be shipped out and arrive a day before the event. I placed the order over a month in advance and was promised it would be just fine and well taken care of. Well, when the week of the event came, I called every day, multiple times a day, just to confirm everything. They won't answer their phones. I sent emails and messages through their website. Those also went unanswered. I even went to the store in person before work at 6am, nut it wasn't open yet. I had no way of getting in touch with them and wondered if they had shut down. I had to go on the faith that they have always provided us stellar service in the past. I was so wrong. Cindy's completely forgot to send my order at all, and left me without anything, the day before the event. The amount of stress I went through trying to find a florist on the mainland to provide lei was insane. Cindy's finally answered my many messages the day before. They said they could try to overnight my order that they forgot, but there were no promises it would get there on time, since the event was on a Saturday. I still have not been sent a receipt from them, which I asked for multiple times, or confirmation of the mailing. The lei did go, and my credit card got a huge charge, but without the receipt, I don't even know what I paid them for. And really, after all they put us through, they should have comped the order. My dad would be rolling in his grave to know how far downhill the company that he loved to support has gone. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do truly hope they can get it together and grow back into the great company they once were.

Up until now, they've always done a great job, but this recent experience for Mother's Day was extremely disappointing. First, the delivery driver brought the wrong bouquet. I paid $209.41 (including delivery), but my mom received a bouquet that was clearly not what I ordered later confirmed to be a lower priced arrangement. I had to call customer service, who then contacted the driver immediately. While I appreciate that they responded quickly, it still took about 47 minutes for the driver to return, take back the incorrect bouquet, and retrieve the correct one from the truck. When the correct arrangement finally arrived, the presentation was still off. The vase was too short for the flowers, making the bouquet look unbalanced and like it was falling out. For over $200, I expected much better attention to detail and quality. On top of that, the company advertised "free delivery," but that only applied to very limited areas on the island. I still had to pay a delivery fee despite the initial mistake being entirely on their end, which felt misleading. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for a special occasion like Mother's Day. I've had good experiences before, but this one really missed the mark.

I went inside initially for the air-conditioning. Then, I met Patty - she is so sweet! She showed me a lei po'o (crown of flowers for the head) that she just finished... ooh! Bella Rosa Wholesale seems to be a family operated business. This organization is very dysfunctional. There are no prices indicated anywhere for the flowers. You need to constantly ask for pricing. Pricing seems to change upon the time day by day or whom is helping you. There was a sign posted to retail customers that read "prices subject to change." I'm guessing whether they like you or don't. It was taken down ever since. First off , I walked in there and no one was there to assist me. There was a lady sitting behind the desk but completely ignored. One strike. I decided to walk into the refrigerator and the flowers were partially dead and very minimal selection. The basics were not even available i.e. Baby's breath, white carnations, white mums etc. Strike Two!!!!! As I walked out of the refrigerator there were couple of kids by the register. One boy with dark hair and a girl with long light brown hair that seemed to be playing around with a customer by the register which made me very upset. No acknowledgement or greetings by either obviously they were too occupied "playing." I walked out not purchasing anything since I couldn't find anything and no one to help me. I got a ticket for parking in front of the store front because there is NO PARKING!!!!! Only in garage looking area which was already occupied. Strike 3!!!!
