I served the pb cremino and lemon cookie for Easter dinner dessert and everyone enjoyed them both. Half of my guests preferred the lemon and the other half chose the peanut butter. My 2-year-old was obsessed with the pb and had three servings! The pb gelato was incredibly rich and had a strong, delicious peanut flavor. The Italian ganache on top turned into a decadent fudge consistency after we set it out for about an hour before serving. The lemon cookie left no doubt that it was made with fresh REAL lemon juice. It was bright and sweet and perfectly balanced. I cannot wait to come try more flavors when the shop is officially open for the season. Kim was hard at work in the shop, but was gracious and set up times to come pick up orders. She was very friendly and has an obvious passion (and talent) for gelato.
