Life is busy and I don't always have time to schedule a long hair appointment so Bella Salon is my next best thing besides my regular Hairdresser. Bella Salon is nestled inside a shopping center. (If you follow your map you might notice it takes you to the back of the shopping center where it might be blocked from entering.) I booked a last minute hair appointment on a Friday here. This was my second time coming to Bella Salon. I had called at 10:00 a.m. and was booked for an 11:15 a.m. The previous time I came I saw the owner who was very friendly and had done a full high light and cut on me for a very reasonable price. I had also been a walk in on a Saturday, and she had still made room to see me. But today Emma was my Stylist. Her hair looked nice, so I felt some trust when I saw her, and her station looked clean and professional. I brought her a picture of how I wanted my hair and she agreed to do the cut except for the front because my hair wasn't long enough. She also took my bag and hung it for me. Time went quickly between my hair cut and the curling iron. 30 minutes went by and I looked up and loved my hair again. Gone was the feeling of shabby, I felt renewed. And I was happy that it didn't cost a fortune either. I ended up booking an appointment for a highlight next month again with Emma and haircut. Also, this place does seem great for families. It's a robust Salon. You'll see people going and coming and hear echoes of chit and chatter. It's easily accessible and there's always an abundance of parking. My stylist also spoke english as a second language so I spared the details and offered up a picture instead. read more

Never never again! I went for a haircut with a friend of the owner. I specifically asked for a trim of LONG layers and she completely ruined my hair. Not only cut short but chopped. Completely uneven. Just awful! She cut my long hair about 8 inches on the from and in a horrible triangle in the back. She ruined my beautiful hair. Here are the pictures before and after. Paloma Paloma is the the gal to see when visiting this place for a hair trim she is well knowledge of hair colors as well as long layered trims. I experienced the same style front of my hair it was chopped by owners friend. Leaving it very difficult to style. I refused to see this person again and after my experience with Paloma, I highly recommend this lady fixing my hair and getting it to were it should be long layered. Now I will have to wait for my chopped hair grow back to long layers. I will never go to someone new and will stick to Paloma . read more

Either you need to be friends or family member to get fast service here. I wrote my name down on the list and was skipped over someone they knew that just walked in. I waited over an hour. This isn't the way to conduct business. You don't skip peoples name that are on the list before someone else that walks in and writes there name at the bottom after you. Had the owner do my nails , now I get them done every other week somewhere else but since my friend was having them done there I decided to try. Now this was my second time and the first time was horrible also cause they cut my fingers a few times. Now the owner this time did them so fast she made them all bumpy and didn't put two coats at the end of the gel so they didn't stay shining to long. I won't be going there again ! Been here more than once and usually I have a good experience. Unfortunately last time I had a stylist that "for got something" in her car and stopped the hair cut and talked on the phone for about 7 mins. She didn't even apologize for take the call in the middle of my cut. Taking the call must of been really important because she didn't cut my hair the way I requested. At the end she expected a $5 dollar tip for being rude and getting my cut wrong. My latest trip I was skipped twice and had to wait for a cut to be finished that took about 35mins. I will not be coming back here again. The manager or owner was sitting down at the front the hole time and did nothing. Wow. I've been going to Bella Salon for a few years for my haircut. The staff and the owners are very courteous and friendly. Either Beatriz or Sandra do an excellent job with my haircut every month.
