Tully is amazing! Very accommodating and detail oriented. What a professional! She's hardworking and very skilled at her job!

My husband and my son had hair cut in this place for couple times . And every time, the Vietnamese barber asked my son the same question : " do you like your dad more or your mum more ." My son is only 3 years old . And my son every time gave her a confirmative answer : " I like them both ." It seems The Vietnamese barber was not happy to hear what my son said, and she had to non stop asking my son the same question again and again until she heard the answer she wanted. She forced my son to choose between mum and dad !!! This was a very inappropriate misleading conversation for a kid. Especially this psychologically misleads a child . Does this type of conversation make her feel better for her service ? Or she expects the customer tips her more for a misleading conversation ? We only visited twice this place . And she brought up this type of conversation every single time we visited . My son asked me when we were home :" mum , why did that barber ask me who I like more ?" Even a child got confused and thought this type of conversation was not appropriate. As an adult , how can she talk to a child like this ? I hope this message can bring a flag to any family with kids for this place . read more

I am writing on behalf of my teen daughter who came out of the appointment all smiles. She said this is the first time her haircut was exactly what she wanted. Curtain bangs and layering all perfect. We arrived on a Saturday at 8:45 AM, just right before they opened and there were already two customers waiting ahead of us, and that should tell you how popular this haircut place is. I thought it would take a long time with just one staffer to get to my turn as the 3rd customer, but man, this lady went through each customer on average, like, in 6-7 mins. It was so fast it was impressive. My haircut was done before I knew it, and I loved the haircut. On top of that, the lady was super nice and friendly - she made an effort to chat with her customers and get to know them. The price for a man haircut was $18 as of August 2022. It wasn't bad at all. They do a pretty good job depending on the barber. Have good and bad experience. The 2 ladies are good. Always have great experience with them. Love their recommendations. Problem is that there is always a line for them. The gentleman is OK. Sometimes I feel like he rushes the hair cut. I wasn't completely satisfied with my hair cut. One time it was an uneven cut. All I wanted was a classic natural highlight on the outgrowth which is the most simple highlight there is. The owner, Tully, was doing my hair and rushing. Having been a hairstylist many years ago, I could immediately tell the foil placement was bad from the start. The worst part is, after my hair was done, I was visibly upset as my hair is very important to me and took me YEARS to grow this long and she tried to say it was because I was moving around too much. The truth is, she was rushing to get my foils in because she booked my appointment at the same time as 11 other people. While I sat there processing, she took 11 (5 minute haircuts) haircuts. ELEVEN! I counted! Obviously not paying attention to my chemical processing at all while color was dripping down my face under the dryer the whole entire time. What good stylist takes 11 hair cuts when they are doing a highlight?. I then called her after I left the salon to ask her to fix my hair when she had time and she told me to just leave it and in a month it would look ok. Can you believe this? I said no I will not wait one month. I paid for my highlight. I told her, when I come in for the fix, do not book any other clients at the same time as me and I got hung up on. You may have made a little extra money during those two hours by taking eleven 5 minute haircuts but now you lost a client and get the review you deserve. read more

Tuey needs to learn the metric system. I asked for a 1 a half inch cut from my hair and left with 4 inches gone although it is a decent haircut it is way far shorter then I asked and expected. When I told her this she said it was too long. If you go to Tuey I recommend that you tell her a quarter inch for every inch that you want off. Bring a ruler with you. read more
