I scheduled my LED teeth whitening appointment more than a week in advance, paid my $25 deposit, and showed up exactly as confirmed -- Monday, October 6th at 3:00 PM. No one was there. I knocked, called, and emailed several times with no response. Afterward, the owner tried to claim I was "confused" and changed my appointment to the next day -- after I had already shown up for the original date. My booking confirmation clearly shows October 6th at 3:00 PM, which proves otherwise. Trying to alter the date after the fact is simply dishonest. If a business can't be transparent or take responsibility for a simple appointment, I definitely wouldn't trust them to perform a medical or cosmetic procedure like teeth whitening. Integrity and professionalism matter -- and this experience showed neither.

Two of my filling's got dark spots on them within the first year and to redo them I have to come when "I'll be fixing my other teeth". Once I went into office with one treatment plan doctor (Asian looking younger one) during the treatment changed the plan and fixed the tooth that wasn't even in a chart and told me about it only after he was done! And made me sign the consent as I was leaving the office. I can't describe how violated I felt for a while. Doctor Papworth apologized for his colleague but it didn't make me feel better. I gave them a chance and came for cleaning, asked for insurance pre- approval for next treatment (because somehow my pretty good ppo insurance almost never covers it as promised). Waited. Never heard from them. Called. They made it sound like they've never heard about it although they offered. Requested it again. It's been at least a month still haven't heard from them... also last time I went for cleaning I felt like the doctor was very pushy into what should be my next treatment although I wanted to work on other problems. Also got referred to a place that did a terrible work on my root canal. I guess it's time for me to switch an office.
