Too big to be polite. I switched dentists to come to this practice. I had a cap come off my tooth and I called to have it glued back in. It was a simple job the hygienist could do. I was leaving town, I called them 3 times, computers down, call later. When I finally got thru, They were too busy for me. I called my old dentist, he took me right back. The front desk people are simply rude. I've been there 3 times and she was abrupt with me, and said sorry, we can't accommodate before you go out of town . I hung up in tears. read more

I went here recently after realizing the dentist I've been going to for a year is not in my network. Oops. The office is located dangerously next to Homegoods and Target (aaaah bye bye money). They are on the second floor, and the office is HUGE. Staff is friendly, my hygienist was thorough and pleasant. I saw Dr. Joy on my second visit for a crown - and she talked me through everything she did, made sure I was okay throughout, and pain factor was maybe a 4 after. The office itself has nice big windows, it is clean and the equipment in there seems pretty up to date. Overall, satisfied with my first two visits, looking forward to more cleanings in the next 6 months! read more

We've been going to Dr Browns since 2002 on a recommendation by friends. My whole family was going. Dr Brown did an amazing job on my daughter's orthodontic plan and dental care. She's going to be 33 and she hasn't ever had a cavity and she gets so many compliments on her teeth. His practice has grown leaps and bounds since we've lived here. When you know, know and you refer family and friend's. Glad he is bringing in new dentists so he can enjoy some time off. The last few years I've been seeing Dr Joy and she has been fantastic. Caring, efficient and professional. She is always looking out for your well being as a patient. I'm gonna miss going here due to change of insurance but I can't say enough of about the office and the dentist. Now my anxiety has kicked in trying to find another dentist. Dr. Pat Brown is the kind of dentist that gives you the warm and fuzzies, he's gentle kind and takes him time and pays super close attention to detail. He was so awesome when my toddler had a surprise (her first, successful appt, she's had two unsuccessful) dentist appt they had an opening the same day her daddy was being seen and they took her back right away. The team was so awesome and somehow got her to completely cooperate without even trying. The hygienist Kristen was amazing and my daughter loved her. I've had really great experiences overall with this dental practice. The dentists and hygienists are absolutely wonderful--skilled, caring, and always willing to explain things. The rest of the staff is also very kind and helpful, which makes visits here much easier. However, I did want to mention one concern. While waiting for my appointment, I overheard the receptionist (a woman with long brown hair, I don't know her name) talking negatively about a patient and using profanity while other patients were sitting in the waiting area. I heard details about the patients issues and it came across as unprofessional, uncomfortable, and downright disrespectful especially in a setting where patients should feel respected and at ease. I even heard another patient state how it was so rude and made them wonder what was being said about them when they leave the office. I still think very highly of the dental team and the care they provide, but I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to make the overall experience better. read more

Dr. Brown is truly amazing. I've struggled with severe dental anxiety for most of my life and honestly never thought I'd have a positive experience at the dentist--until now. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. He was so calm, kind, and patient, and even helped guide my breathing and counted along with me to help calm my shaking and anxiety. For the first time ever, I didn't need anything to help me relax--just his support. On top of that, he fixed a front tooth filling that had fallen out from a bad experience with a previous dentist. I had been embarrassed to smile for so long, but now my tooth looks better than it ever has. I'm going to start by saying I am extremely scared of the dentist that I have put it off for far too long. I called to make an appointment and I asked if they could write a one-time prescription for a sedative to help my anxiety for the appt. Unfortunately, they could not until I was an established patient (which I understood). When I went in anxiously, my hygienist Diana greeted me, punctually, and was very calming and reassuring. I didn't feel judged or awkward. I felt heard, respected and empathized with. She walked me through every process and told me she would stop at anytime if I was uncomfortable. Thankfully, that did not have to happen. She was extremely gentle and really good at communicating. My usual fears had been alleviated to my surprise. She did a great job that I actually brought my daughter in for her first dentist appointment the very next week! My daughter is 8 and she also was calm and did so well and I am in firm belief it was because Diana is honestly amazing at her job. I have seen her 3 times in the past month and feel like I've braved a lingering fear. I feel so much better and more confident after her help. I'd also like to acknowledge that the appointment time I had made conflicted with my school pick-up for my kids and she changed her lunch willingly and very graciously, to accommodate my schedule! That meant a lot to me and really stood out about her character, overall. I didn't think I'd leave a review after leaving the dentist LOL but she is someone truly deserving of recognition. I do recommend this place! It was clean, nice and had a good and authentic vibe. I could hear the dentist checking in on the hygienists and it felt like they genuinely cared. She is very thorough in her work and very approachable and informative! She is extremely professional and keeps everything professional by not asking personal questions outside the dental realm. I love that she just addresses the area of teeth in our quick discussions. She is a superhero for what she does! it's been the first time in a long time that we feel our teeth has been cleaned the way it should be. I was disappointed a few times before and even found charges on my account that weren't accurate and I had to fix it. At the end, Diana made up for it! My first time here was so easy and I can't wait to return for exactly what I wanted . So it was a consultation and I came here because of the great reviews in Yelp! Everything was smooth from front desk check in to Bree the dental assistant helping me back to the chair and then doing X-rays which are done in the chair also. So easy no moving and there's a new X-ray device that's hand held by the assistant which makes that such an easy process. Dr . Brown is very easy going and honest . I was immediately comfortable especially knowing he has been In Temecula as long as I have. We both have seen the growth !! Hello I just came back from Dr. Brown 's office. I am currently an hour away. I live an hour away. I purposely go to this office because I am treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Brown is amazing so honest so nice. It is hard to find a good dentist that is not trying to make money off of you. Dr. Brown gives you honest recommendations and does not push you to do anything You're not comfortable with. Today I got a cleaning and fluoride treatment and it was excellent. My favorite hygienist is Shalon . I might have spelled her name wrong, but she is super polite super observant. She is easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. I do need A crown however I am in the works of possibly getting that done. Everything about this office is wonderful. They are so polite and honest. It is worth an hour drive just to go see them every six months. I plan on getting my crown from them as well. It is a little pricey however it's well worth it for getting treated respectfully. . I believe this is my fourth or fifth time going to see Dr. Brown . I did specifically ask to see him because he's a very busy man.
