I needed to talk to the owner and she did not have no time for me she kept telling the employee to speak for her. It's just if she didn't have time to speak with me, she didn't have time to make sure that our time could be the best experience we ever had. As this being our first time going to a salon. I looked online and I seen the place and it seemed like it was going to be awesome experience, but I am a very sensitive person and I feel like I shouldn't be judged just because of that, but I give you the upmost respect and give you my quality time and money. I am dealing with low back and upper thigh pain (I can't seem to remember to stretch before my daily jogs and am paying the price!) and needed some temporary relief so I booked a 50 minute warm stone massage session about a month beforehand which cost me $95. This pricing seems to be within range of what I would expect nowadays. Overall, the stone concept was fun but, next time, I would like to try the Sports Massage as I think that would be exactly what I need for my aging body. I am happy that I got to try a Warm Stone massage for the first time and see what the fuss is all about though! After my massage, I was gifted a little goodie bag as a first time visitor and was shown around the speakeasy next door, which has a gorgeously decorated, cozy vibe. I did not order any of the drinks so I cannot judge on that element. I plan to book another appointment soon!

A few relatives of mine went here to get their hair styled for a wedding reception. One of the…read morestylists constantly complained about one of my relatives long hair, saying it was too long to style and asked her why she hadn't cut her hair. My relatives hair is down to her lower back. On top of that, the stylist tries to charge extra for washing and blow drying my relatives long hair just because it was long. Rude stylists and staff, when we called to discuss this behavior with the owner, the girl who picked up the phone would not put us through to the owner and gave fake excuses as to why - saying the owner had clients all day but at the same time was not present in the salon. We will never come back to this salon.
