Laughable. Companies don't seem to understand that in the Internet age you have to be conscious of social media and not use these junk SSO engines and think they will drive referrals to your business. What is sad is they may be actually good at their work but their customer service is horrid and why in the world would anyone spending $10,000-$30,000 on a project take such a risk. Furthermore, when we mentioned this visit was to compare an estimate we got from another company, the sales person questioned why we were even here in the first place, implying we should not have bothered coming.
