I noticed HomeMaid Cleaning Service in my neighborhood for quite some time and finally asked for a business card for our upcoming move. I had them come out a month before our move and again as soon as everything was out for a move-out clean. The team of girls in my home did an amazing job, worked quickly and tackled it all. They were super sweet and friendly. Their rates are reasonable and worth every cent! My home was move-in ready and smelled fantastic! After moving out, we realized we needed additional cleaning under some large appliances. Facts Steve and Mike spoke on the phone. Steve told Mike that your folks would be here between 9:00 am and 9:30. Pets were placed on porch Mike arrives home at 9:50 No maid service 9:55 Mike calls and speaks to Carlos and asks when folks can come they were not there it is hot cannot leave pets on porch all day. Carlos, who was rude said not today. Asked for the next day. Said they could not I said then please send the key back this was the second time they were late and it is not fair to me or the pets out. And have Steve Call me. No call. (There are such things as text messages, calling to say they are going to be late etc.) Called steve this morning (some six weeks later) because all construction is done and to see if we might be able to resume. As we were clients for what 12 or more YEARS. Waste of time. Totally he's right I'm wrong. Asked after some banter/ mostly on his side. Going sideways really fast. If he wanted to resume. He said he did not. I said he has a failing business model. And hung up. Facts. Old Jewish friend of mine once said Do not get mad at your money. My business flourishes because I am wrong even when I am not wrong. Customer is always right. Time to move on. Bet my ass they will not be in business within a couple of years. Mike read more

Not happy at all. It is okay for emergencies but that is it. I was given a rate for a deep cleaning and ended up paying a lot more for an okay cleaning. Don't trust the information they'll give you a priori. Their actual price is at least 35% more than the price they will set. Very pricey in relation to the quality. I hope they close this company when I called to complain the guy yell at me and told me they left hair in the refrigerator because my house was really dirty (it is not our hair the one they left !!!!). I asked for a receipt of my payment, I hope they send it soon. We will see, but I will get one. Stephen Gibson is an uneducated person, I wonder if they pay any taxes. Steve was kind and offered to send another crew to re-do the prior cleaning. These ladies did a good job in the areas that they cleaned. I do appreciate a company that works to keep customer satisfied. I apparently do need more than 3 hours to get the whole house cleaned. The cleaners are thorough and reliable. With weekly scheduled service, I am notified a day in advance with a 1-hour window when the cleaning crew will arrive. I was searching for a move out deep cleaning and prices were too much out of my budget so I checked out groupon and came across home maid. Before purchasing the voucher, I called and spoke to Steve, to make sure I can use the groupon deal for a move out deep clean and he said yes. Not only did I get a great deal but he even extended the groupon price to me without the hassle of buying the voucher. He fully answered all of my questions and was very patient in doing so. I didn't feel like a bother - I've never had to hire a professional service before but due to a dislocated knee, I had no choice. I got a call the day before to confirm as well a call after the cleaning was done to confirm the time and total final price. I left the key for his staff and when I came back to check on their work, I was blown away. Absolutely looked like I was walking into a new home. Based on the customer service from Steve, the interaction with his staff and the final cleaning that was done, I would absolutely recommend to my peers and use them again in the future. I'm glad that other people is having good experiences with this company because I try to get an appointment and Carlos said that the only person who could give me an appointment for a Groupon voucher was Steve and he was never around. Steve (the owner) and his cleaning crews are fantastic. They did a great job on their initial cleaning and of course by far exceed my expectations by keeping it up...I have no complaints about their service and professionalism. Steve is very courteous and professional and the most helpful caring man ever. I find all the ladies to be polite, courteous and extremely honest. We started out monthly and thankfully have had the pleasure of having their fabulous services bi-weekly for over one year now, and I have never been disappointed. I am very particular about cleaning and they surpass all of my expectations. My house is spotless every time. They bring all of their own supplies and leave no traces except for a spotless home and a fresh scent. You will never regret contacting Steve and having these ladies clean your house.
