Wow, what a great crew that came out and trimmed my tree. Bella Tree Service did a remarkable job. They actually went far beyond what I expected, the crew member in the tree working went up all the way up to remove any dead branches.They actually balanced out the trimming to make it look beautiful again. I was at the point to have the tree taken down but after their amazing job I love how it looks. Bella Tree Service did such a great job on trimming, cleaning up and removing all the wood. Had a large tree cut down by my deck and about 15 inches next to my house yesterday. The 3 men who came out were GREAT!!!! I cannot say enough how well they did. Great experience working with Bella. Our neighbors also needed tree removal services so we had them come out on the same day. The three guys working that day were all so courteous and respectful of our property and they removed everything with great care and expertise. Two of the trees were very close to our house and just outside a window where I work from home. I like how they carefully spent time to lay out a plan first before even beginning the tree removal. We are so impressed with this company, from Pablo meeting with me for the free estimate to the completion of the job by a team of true professionals using their expertise to remove two huge trees. The area of these trees is a small yard, trees close to house and garage entangled in wires. This team worked tirelessly for about 10 hours meticulously removing these trees. They cleaned up the area and were courteous and respectful of the property. Bella also has a landscaping business, which I am going to call on next. Amazed at their teamwork. read more

Bella did a good job removing the trees but missed many of the stumps they were to remove. My biggest issue with them was the damage they did to my neighbor's fence. They promised to cover the repair, but did not return my calls. This does not sound like a company concerned with repeat business. read more

We requested a quote from several firms to take down a couple of trees and grind down the stumps. Their field rep came out to take a look at the trees and provide us with a bid on the work. I did share with him that we are gathering several bids and wanted to know if he would like for me to reach back out if there is a more competitive price on the table, to which he had stated that they would like the option to revise their price if that happens. The next, I called the office and spoke to someone from their office about the work and that their rep wanted me to reach back out. While I never share details on another firms pricing I did share a target price they should aim for if they wished to revise their offer. The person from their office asked to see the other firms proposal, which I never share as that would not be proper to do and that's when he asked if the other firm was licensed and insured. Seemed like they were trying to call into question the other firms standing, to which I stated that they are fully licensed and insured. I received a follow up call once the office guy connected with the field rep and he stated that their price was firm and started to thank me for the opportunity to bid on the work, which I would acknowledge their efforts, however he then had to make a backhanded comment about how "we'll have to pass on the job and have a little price integrity". Before he was able to hang up, I asked what he meant by that comment as I'm simply following up with you per your reps request. From their he quickly moved to hang up on me rather than talk about the matter as two grown and rational adults. In short, I would not recommend doing business with this firm as they are extremely unprofessional and disparage their competition rather than make an honest attempt to work with their customer to reach an amicable resolution. read more
