I had several chairs from a cigar lounge reupholstered in November of 2021. After less than 3 years, it was time to get them done again I dropped them off last week, and woke up to a voicemail today saying it was going to be $350/chair just for new upholstery (it was $195 for padding and upholstery last time). He then finished the messaged with "I recommend you taking these chairs back, they stink...they stink up the whole shop"..."get these chairs out of here, otherwise they stinking up my whole shop, I DON'T WANT THEM HERE" Do the chairs have a cigar smoke smell? Yes they do. Could this have been handed more professionally? 100% Do you really think 2 chairs would stink up an entire store? I'll take them to somewhere who WANTS the business and money. I have 6 more to get done after these two.

Scott disassembled and hauled it off on Monday. Two days later, it looked like new. Better, actually: he added a bracket to the lower rim and made the spring structure more secure.
