Her movement (facial massage technique), application, and knowledge is superb. It is extremely relaxing and the product was wonderful for my skin. I am entirely picky with other people touching my face, and I don't regret getting a facial by her. I will continue to get facials monthly. I would not trust my skin or my daughter's to anyone other than Kristen. She really cares and listens to what you tell her about how your skin reacts to certain products. My daughter always hated getting her eyebrows waxed because they would be red, irritated and puffy for a couple of days. Kristen uses a different wax and it seems so much more gentle - my daughter and I both love it! She has awesome lotion (I use it every day), great music playing and a very relaxing personality.
