I get pedicure every few weeks and this is the first place that didn't ask what type I wanted. The gentleman that did my nails wasn't very friendly or communicative. I didn't get any sort of massage with lotion and/or oil or anything-which is listed on the menu for the base pedicure. He went right over to another lady who needed her nails done and didn't let me know he was finished. It was very confusing. The colors on the menu aren't the same as what actually goes on your nails even though the numbers in the menu matched the bottle of gel being used. The website makes it look like a very luxe, high end place, but I don't feel like the service reflected that at all. Would not recommend and will not be returning.
