The atmosphere is lovely. They apparently had just remodeled the whole salon and it looks incredible. Love the relaxing background music. I'm also pleased with my nails - both pedicure and manicure. I got dip cat eye style manicure and gel pedicure. Both were lovely. I'm especially impressed that they have so many options on styles and colors. Some salons are really limited on what they can do. The salon is nicely busy and people kept coming in and out while I was there -- I loved seeing that! Highly recommend this salon and I'll be back regularly. read more

The man who did my first pedicure took such care to make sure I was enjoying everything. He was also so detailed on the polish. He was great. I would recommend him for sure. The second pedi was just okay. Disappointing parts: the chair - uncomfortable. Also, the staff relax in the pedicure chairs and essentially "chill" while there are customers all around. Wish they would do that in a break room. Lastly, I have been three times now, hoping it would get better but each time they try to upsell you. I received SUPER short badly shaped nails that don't even fit my natural nail bed, left with black acrylic on my cuticles, got cut with the drill and file. Tonight I had my nails done at this salon by the very pushy pregnant female, who I later learned is the owner. I told her I didn't want a pedicure. Just dip. She immediately got upset and began being VERY RUDE! She continued to press me about doing a pedicure and I finally had to sternly tell her no. I initially asked for her to leave my tips on my nails and she insisted I take them off because my natural nails were long enough. When she got them off, two of my nails were way shorter than the rest. She had the nerve to charge me for the two tips she put on. On top of it all, she filed all of the dip color off of my nails. When I had her why the top of my nails were white when the whole nail was supposed to have color, she got really angry and started tugging on my arm telling her colleagues, "Do you see white! Do you see white!" Finally one of them agreed w me and told her what she needed to do to fix them. After about 5 minutes of her pulling on me and screaming at the top of her lungs in front of an 8 year old kid and her mother, I told her to stop pulling on my arm and yanked my arm away from her. I initially walked out as I had no intention of paying for service like this and halfway painted nails. I went right back and paid her $60. She continued yelling at the top of her lungs, pointing at the chair and told me I need to "sit down now" so she could finish. I have never seen a business treat a customer so badly, yet to have the nerve to be tugging on my arm and pulling me around to show my nails to her colleagues. This manager should be ashamed!!!! On top of it all, everytime I pointed out what needed to be fixed she began talking in Chinese to her coworkers and laughing. How rude and unprofessional can someone be? I will never go back to this place because of this one person. She never did put a tip on my ring finger and as you can see my nails look like crap. Definitely not worth the $60 I paid! Lastly, your nail technician should never put their hands on a customer. I am appalled!!!! read more

my friend and I found the acrylic nails prep to be a bit painful on our nails. My acrylic nail shapes are off, and I had to ask many times for shorter nails and did not feel comfortable asking for what we wanted done. We were told adamantly that a color combo was not doable and they had the colors. The employe was nice enough, however I feel I over paid for simple, solid colored acrylic nails with no design at all. $120 is not worth what I got. I loved the color is what I can say. read more

So I just went here with my mom, my aunt, and my cousin. The service in general was fine, we all got what we wanted. However, we got scammed. I got a classic pedicure with gel polish for $38 which made sense to me. My mom wanted a pedicure as well, but was pressured into getting multiple services she didn't want. They kept turning the page and offering other services, and my mom couldn't really understand him anyway. He brought over multiple things and was like "this is another $15" and my shy mom let it happen as he giggled. My aunt was getting a pedicure and was enjoying her massage on her leg when the technician was rubbing her wedding ring into my aunts shin which made it hurt. She told her it was her ring, and the lady says "no". My mom was the last one to be done because they kept guilting her into more stuff when she couldn't even understand the guy. We went to pay and the total was $138.00 for TWO PEDICURES. and my aunt says her total was wrong too. I tried to ask for a receipt and they just kept asking what was wrong and I finally just had to walk out. long story short, never going back here!!!!! read more

Walked in on a Wednesday morning without an appointment and was able to get right in for a shellac manicure. The salon is clean, the tools are clean, and all of the staff is extremely nice and professional. I usually dread some parts of getting a manicure because of occasional pain when trimming my cuticles or filing my nails, but I experienced zero discomfort throughout my appointment. The price of my shellac manicure was $32 before tip and included a brief hand massage. I was able to leave a tip using my card, which was nice since I don't always have cash on hand. I came in for an acrylic rebase today. My tech was very nice but I'm not thrilled with the overall experience- she asked if I wanted my cuticles trimmed and did not mention it was an additional charge of $5, and when I questioned it at checkout she said I must not have heard her. (I've never paid additional for trimmed cuticles?) My nails are pretty uneven and a little lumpy. I don't want to be a karen, but I didn't like that there was dishonesty with pricing. For $60 I'm a little disappointed but everyone there was very friendly. read more

My nails last longer than any other salon. I found here in the Castlerock area. They are usually quick and efficient.

I rarely get my nails done so I may not be the best judge of places. I just know that the ladies here made me feel very relaxed. I love my manicure and pedicure. The place was nice a clean and quiet. I also enjoyed that there wasn't a lot of small talk. I am so awkward with the small conversations so I enjoyed that she probably read that in me and kept the small talk to a minimum. read more

Rose and her team were so pleasant and accommodating and they got all our nails done within an hour. The employees are nice, the facility is clean, and they really appreciate each customer.
