It was amazing to hear that from a medical professional! You can obviously tell Sarah has a lot of experience and truly cares about her customers and her craft. I had the same technician as last time named Esther, she kindly greeted me as I arrived for the appointment and took me to her room. Her hands were so gentle when she rested them on my forehead that I barely felt them throughout the process. I practically fell asleep during the whole thing. She's always so consistent and never fails to exceed my expectations! My lashes turned out super natural looking, but voluminous. I love how they turned out! Esther did a really great job attaching the lashes, barely any have fallen off. The longest that they've lasted so far! Esther always gives me the lash look that I envision and ask for. Additionally, she was 10 minutes late for my appointment....which kinda shocked me. She is a small business owner though, and I imagine it's hard maintaining a business by yourself. That being said, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt and just assume she was having an off-day? I may go back again if I really need to...but probably not anytime soon. So I am missing money at this point. 10:35 rolls around, no one shows up. 10:40 rolls around so I decide to call. They don't answer, I leave a message. 10:55 finally rolls around I decide to call again (mind you at this point I had already left because I needed to get to work which was an hour away) finally somebody picks up the phone: Stephanie. The conversation went as follows; Me: hi I had an appointment at 10:30 and it's almost 11 and I was waiting Silence Me: I mean we're you guys open did somebody forget to call me to reschedule the appointment? Stephanie: oh yeah I just got here. Me: ok Stephanie: yes sorry about that. But I'm here now Me: OK well I have a job like you and I had to leave to make it on time. So I won't be coming back. *hangs up I am so pissed because I missed hours of work which I barely get any hours from anyway. I feel like it's very unprofessional and the fact that she didn't even try to win my business back is even more unprofessional considering they were almost a fucking half hour late for an appointment that I scheduled. At one point they didn't even have a voicemail set up yet so I was an able to even say that I would like to make an appointment but what's the point of having a voicemail where are you say you will get back to the person if you don't even call them back so that the person can make an appointment I highly doubt they even check the voicemails. It's so annoying when you used to like a place but they have just gone downhill so fast. Also if I'm ever at the mall I can't just walk in and get anything done because there is always a sign up that says "they'll be back" but they don't come back for hours.

In Raleigh a short time and was fortunate that Jill's schedule was open for a lash tint, brow wax and fill. Jill got my brows on point and the fill is perfect. Not too much and just the right amount of volume and dimension. And the lash tint... sister got it done on my uber blond lashes. She got each lash perfectly. I paid for what I got. first off extremely uncomfortable, and totally unprofessional looking. they stood straight out and you could see the glue very VERY visibly it looked like i had eye liner on. She had to do my second eye twice and even pinched my eye together to get it to dry faster. i ended up taking them off that night
