Came here on a Groupon and we were initially overwhelmed. It was toward the end of the day and it felt more like a club rather than a winery. We did have reservations for their speakeasy which was cute and had delicious flatbread. I ended up really enjoying their large patio Syrah and purchased a bottle.

We love their sister winery somerset and decided to try Bella vista. They had a Groupon and were able to get 12 tastings for $20, great deal. The winery felt old, and needed an update. They have an outdoor area, but it was under construction, and required a trek from the tasting room. Compared to somerset it wasn't a disappointment!

I really enjoyed my wine tasting at Bella Vista. There is probably my favorite winery in Temecula for red wine. The winery itself is outdated and is in need of a complete makeover (it's in the works). We were lucky enough to be there when there was live music so we really enjoyed our experience because of it. They also showed us their speakeasy...yes, they have a speakeasy on the weekends -looks view but it was pretty empty when we were there. I highly suggest a stop if you're ever in Temecula for wine tasting

Bella Vista winery is really coming along. The wine tasting room has been revamped a little with some updates of new light scones and a pretty chandelier over the bar area. The front entrance has also been freshened up. The biggest update they have done lately is the addition of a speak easy. The entrance is through a hidden door behind the bookshelf. Inside is dark, warm and cozy, with brick walls, high wood ceilings, a piano at one end (for evening performances) and a small bar at the other end. Picture a Friday night, sipping on a cocktail, listening to the music, and snacking on pizza that they serve from their kitchen. They aren't able to serve distilled spirits just yet. For now it's wine based cocktails. They are still working on the upper area wine tasting room. This is where the beautiful views are. They offer a few Somerset wines, including a $60 bottle of buttery Chardonnay. Too pricey for me, but I'm sure it's good. Today my glass of wine was a Bella Vista Syrah. It was pretty good. Keep up the good work you are doing here Bella Vista/Somerset family!

What a fantastic experience. Janett was amazing. Great conversation and generous pours. Feeling her playlist too. Will definitely be back.

Great overall experience and a great value! Purchased a Groupon months ago and made my return after a great first experience. Janet was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The Groupon is a great deal for anyone looking to "get into" wine tasting, but the wine servers are a value in and of themselves. They know what they are serving and a little conversation will lead you into the best experience; with good wine, atmosphere, and company. If you're in the area, this place is a fun stop amongst many others to choose from. They also have a great selection of snacks that pair well with the variety of wines. There is a great view outside worth checking out. Definitely can make a whole day out of a visit to wine country.

Our favorite wine-tasting spot in Temecula. Very friendly servers; relaxing atmosphere; beautiful lakeside views; and extremely "generous" tasting pours:-) Always a fun time at Bella Vista.

Came to the winery in April to use a Groupon tasting for two that our Secret Santa got for us. The winery is tucked away just off the main road. My wife and I stopped by on our way to Legoland. We stopped by right at opening at 11am on a Thursday and beat the morning rush. The tasting room has a nice and comforting ambiance. You can stand at the bar, or relax in the comfortable swivel seats. Our 3 year old enjoyed the seating and we didn't have to worry about him roaming around or getting into trouble. I am a sweet wine guy, and I don't drink much. If you like sweet wines, the 2022 Rozmaring is an absolute must try... it was so good we actually went home with 3 bottles haha.

Had an amazing wine tasting experience at Bella Vista! We booked via Groupon and it was an extremely affordable tasting that came with 6 pours from their menu and their sister winery menu. We especially enjoyed the Symphony and White Cabernet from their menu. The selection was very expansive as well - there's a lot of options for folks that enjoy different wines! We went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed, thankfully it was very spacious and clean. The staff here are also extremely friendly and always walking by to make sure you're topped up. Highly recommend bringing your own crafts and snacks since they have tables. The view above the winery was also beautiful - it's a great overlook and drinks are also served above. Would recommend!

Top winery - excellent wine, incredible service. Matt, the bartender, is the best! Highly recommend Malbec and Syrahs.

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday and I LOVED it! Matt was assisting us with our tasting and made the experience amazing. The grounds are so pretty and relaxing perfectly shaded under trees. The view is better from the tasting room but still breathtaking. As my first winery this was a great start and they have a great deal on Groupon for a tasting! 10/10

First and foremost, I will NEVER be visiting this winery EVER again. To anyone that reads this…read morereview, YOU ARE WARNED you will be subjected to the worst experience and customer service that you will probably have to ever endure. My Wife and I are appalled over what happened. To the Business Owner, Cane V., you need to train your employees, the faces of YOUR everyday business, to be more EMOTIONALLY INTUITIVE and PROFESSIONAL and have GENERAL MATURITY. Where do I start? If you are looking for a winery that has an unprofessional, rowdy brewery atmosphere that attracts Entitled Stank Faced Boomer Temecula Wine Moms and their Snobby Little Cliques LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Our Experience: my Wife and I came over to sample some wines from this winery that was recommended from a friend. On the Winery Website, you can do 2 different types of wine tastings: Classic Tastings of 6 wines of your choice or a Private Wine Tasting of 8 different ones for a higher price. This is what initially attracted my Wife and I to this winery in the first place (big mistake on our end). Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that wine tasting is no longer being offered at all. The incompetent red haired bartender at the front entrance provided us with no other alternative other than "Yea we don't offer that anymore, you can do by the glass or by the bottle." Her tone changed completely when I asked her about the Club they advertise everywhere. She then tells us that they are booked for the day, however the BAR and LAWN area are open seating, after 8PM everything is open seating. It was 6:30/7PM so we decided by that point, we'll wait for a spot to open up and enjoy some wine then in the meantime. We figured, it's just the 2 of us so we should have luck finding a spot. At the bar area, I noticed that 3 seats were left unattended. The people there got up and left, no drinks were left behind or any "Reservation" placards were placed to notify people. I walk over, sit down and wave to my Wife to come and sit at the bar area. We sat down, sipped some of our wine for 10-15 minutes. Bar had 2 people working, a gentleman and heavier set Blonde lady. Both of them never said anything and nothing was ever exchanged between us and the heavier set Blond lady. I was even thinking about buying a beer or cocktail and thankfully I didn't. Shortly after this time, an EXTREMELY RUDE, ENTITLED, and VISIBLY DRUNK lady and her husband RUDLY went in between my Wife and I and COMMANDED we leave her spots. My Wife and I laughed at her and were genuinely confused because the BAR IS OPEN SEATING, THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS FOR OPEN SEATING. She then gets even more angry and DEMANDS we leave or else, says to my Wife and I "YOU're GOING TO LEAVE NOW," I tell the lady to kick rocks, it's open seating then she enters the bar area to talk to the heavier set Blond bar tender that we wont move. The Blond bar tender THEN has the AUDACITY to tell us "They have been sitting here all night, YOU TWO need to leave immediately." My Wife and I look at each other and absolutely laugh it off at the sheer absurdity of everyone's tone towards us. Who do you think you are to blatantly kick us out ON OPEN SEATING? Either you are severely undertrained from the Owner or you as a staff member play favorites with other entitled customers. Both of which are absolutely absurd. Upon this interaction, my Wife and I leave and go right down the street to Europa Winery and sampled several wines and had a $250 dinner at Bolero. Here, the experience was a complete 180° and we should've never wasted our time at Miramonte Winery being subjected to the nastiness from the Temecula Trash. If you are a large party, or wanting to host private events, I STRONGLY recommend ANYWHERE else besides Miramonte Winery. The Staff here is atrocious, rude, immature and ugly. I pride myself in never leaving nasty reviews but this experience changed everything moving forward.

Last time I was here was probably 12 years ago, and WOW has this place changed. It's basically the Disneyland of wineries now! There's a mimosa station when you arrive, wine tastings in the main building, cabana-style seating on the lawn, and tables and chairs almost everywhere you look. They also have an onsite grille restaurant, wine clubs, tours, and the cutest little shop inside. The property itself is beautiful with tons of photo spots, vineyards you can stroll through, and even a little man-made lake that gives the whole place a whimsical feel. There's also a ballroom with a huge projector where we watched the World Cup game! And random but important... bathrooms everywhere. The dress code is super chill here! It was HOT when we visited, and I even saw guys walking around in flip-flops, so definitely dress comfortably for the weather. They even have a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off at the parking lot! It comes around about every 15 minutes, and tips are welcomed. Our shuttle driver told us Wilson Creek has a contract with Disneyland, where they sell their infamous Almond Champagne, and you can also find some of their champagnes at Ralph's! The staff were all super friendly! For tastings, you purchase a tasting card at the register and then belly up to the wine bar to choose your pours. You can also just grab a glass or bottle of wine, and they even have beers on tap! You can get married here, host an event, grab food, spend the day wine tasting, or just hang out and enjoy the property. It's seriously such a happening place and we can't wait to come back!

The must try dishes for me were the Salmon&Ahi Crudo, as well as the ceviche. Both plates were quite refreshing, but watch out for the spiciness! The sweet and spicy crudo was set inside of a toasted coconut with some chips to enjoy alongside the fish. The ceviche also came with some chips, but had a more savory and citrus taste. We got 2 entrees, the Linguini De Mariscos and and the Pot Pie Espanol. Both dishes were quite rich. The linguini dish had lobster, scallops, and shrimp. The pot pie dish had filet mignon, lobster, and bone marrow. The flaky crust was definitely memorable. As for service, Phillip was great. He had recommended a rosé to go along with my dish. I was looking for a sweet wine, but they were out that day. Once we received our check, we had a bit of a wait since a large party needed their order taken. Other than that, the service was great, out water was constantly getting filled by the attentive staff.
