Stopped here on a Friday mid-afternoon and found it pleasantly uncrowded. The venue has a charming atmosphere and great music that adds to the overall experience. There were a few bridal parties present, but they did not interfere with our visit. We were easily able to find a table after purchasing our wine. Overall, this is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a laid-back afternoon. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, good music, and an easy, enjoyable wine experience--and I would definitely return on a future visit.

Only had time to try one sampling and opted for Somerset and so glad we did. Jen took great care of us and answered our many questions with patience and humor. We wanted to sample wines grown in the vineyard specifically, so she tailored our tasting to our request as well as samples wines made from grapes from other parts of Temecula valley. We were pleasantly surprised at how many wines were made from 100% varietals which speaks to the wine maker. There was a blend of tour groups and other wine members in the mix and we were never neglected amongst the crowd. Bought a bottle of 2022 Rousanne to enjoy later and to remember our great experience at the winery.

So this winery is really unique. They still make their wines in the terracotta amphorae. These large clay jars were used for wine making and storing of wine throughout the Mediterranean during Biblical times. They gave us a short history lesson and tour. Which no other wineries did that on the wine tour. Really nice place but be prepared to wait on those tasting because this winery was extremely busy. And I do mean busy. I don't think they had enough staff members for the Mother's Day crowd.

So so wonderful!! We were staying right up the road at an Airbnb, we are crazy and chose to walk here from it to then walk up back and hit all the other wineries along the way. Somerset was the first stop and it was great! We loved being able to grab a glass and walk the grounds. We shared a 6 tasting and it was so good! They had very nice champagne and merlot! Would 100% come back. Such great service and friendliness from staff. Beautiful grounds.

Cute little spot my wife and I stumbled upon one night. We walked in and right away were greeted. The gentleman behind the bar took his time as we tried different wines to get the perfect one! He nailed the flavors for us! They are all super nice there. Fun, modern, friendly place. The merch is also super cool. Wineries like Somerset make a good place to get Christmas gifts. Especially me because my family lives in another state. The night we were there a couple of older guys were jamming singing live, having fun and kept the evening chill. My wife and I bought a bottle of wine and hung out for a while. I recommend taking a visit and when you're there reading the story of the "drunken bunnies." We will be back!

Beautiful winery with a lot of outdoor seating. Came here for the tour and wine tasting. Tour was very short but it was nice to see where they make the wine and hear the history of this winery and learn more about the wine making process. The wines were good and loved the mild red wines with less acidity. Can't remember the name of the wines but we enjoyed most of them. We would definitely add this winery to our rotation.

Came in for a wine tasting, there was a taco truck and pizza truck. Ambiance was nice and inside was pretty busy. We waited for a bit then got a tasting. Once we found a wine we liked we got a bottle. We liked the Drunk Bunnies Rosè. Staff was friendly.

First time at Somerset and I feel that overall everything was a 4/5. The ambiance was very nice with outside seating and indoor seating. The inside is pretty dark inside and has their tastings which is only $25 for 5 tastings. They give you chips to use to try each tastings. The muscat is my fav, especially if you like sweeter wine. The service was good hunter was phenomenal and made sure to explain all the wines and the taste level. They only have food trucks which I feel they should have food here and more options for food choices. This is a nice winery to see and try their wines. -Marshay D.

What an amazing wine tasting & tour experience! This winery is absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I were so impressed with our wine tasting and tour with Leisha! She was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the various wines and amphorae wines that Somerset produces. In addition she provided a history of the winery too. We did sign up for a membership since we enjoyed their products and would be benefiting for a close out of town getaway. Totally impressive winery!

Beautiful outside area to sit and relax. Very sunny -- not a ton of coverage or umbrellas. The chairs were also a bit cheap. But, the wine was great. Very dog friendly. They have water for dogs and some were even roaming around. They had the best brut rose. Service was very friendly. They had a bus stop during our stay, so they got a lot of service while we relaxed with our glasses.

Came to this winery for a tasting for two. Showed up mid-afternoon on a Friday, and it was fairly busy inside. My wife and I had scheduled an Amphorae tour. This type of winemaking differs from traditional wines because large ceramic vats are used in the winemaking process. Our tour guide was Hunter. He was very knowledgeable about the different varieties of grapes on the vineyard and was also able to describe how the vines grow, are trained, and pruned. He also explained the bottling process to us. After the tour, we returned to the tasting area where we met Kyle. He was doing a great job managing a bachelorette party. Both Kyle and Hunter kept it light and professional. The vineyard offered a great deal on a case of wine. Luckily, we drove out so we have a case to take home. I would recommend this place.

Really friendly service, a cute, well decorated interior, and really good wine! If you make your way out here, I highly recommend upgrading to the premium tasting, which features their Terracotta fermented wines which are absolutely phenomenal and worth the additional price! Very smooth, silky, and a pleasure to drink!

A recent trip to Temecula with Te-see and her hubby was fantastic in many ways! The first stop was to the Somerset Vineyard. I had not explored this area of Temecula before. It was venturing out to places new to us. The vibe and service was superb! The staff were were welcoming. You can tell when the staff loves their job, it shows in their passion and friendly manner in which they greet and recommend items based on your preferences. We started our tasting, then ventured out to the outdoor sections. The first area had lots of seating and live entertainment. We found a table on the other side in the covered patio. -$40 wine tasting and tour available. -Watch for their annual Wine Stomp event priced at $200+ for your Team of 4 people. -Gift shop and wine accessories. -Food truck on-site. -Ample free parking in their private lot. Drop on by and don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary and Te-see sent ya!

Since no birthday celebration in wine country would be complete without a wine tour, I reached out to one of their recommended wine tour companies, Tour del Vino. We've done group wine tours before and while large groups can be fun, this time we wanted something private and a little more pampered, and that's exactly what we got. From the very first contact, Sue was amazing. While I had pinpointed a few wineries we were interested in visiting, she asked thoughtful questions to make sure she could create the exact experience we were looking for. She then took care of everything, essentially acting as our personal coordinator for the day. Sue arrived promptly at the bed and breakfast in a luxurious Denali stocked with bottled water, and our day began. Our first winery was Danza del Sol, where we enjoyed a private patio tasting with our own sommelier. Granted, it was early in the day and still early in the year, but I actually highly recommend that timing (the off-season) if you truly want to learn about wine. We were able to ask questions and learn so much. As we enjoyed a special food and wine pairing that Sue had arranged, overlooking the vineyard, we toasted to what was already shaping up to be a perfect day. Our next stop was Altisima, where Sue had arranged a beautiful lunch with a stunning view. We tasted five wines during lunch and ran a little behind schedule for our next stop, but that was no problem at all, Sue simply called ahead and took care of everything. On the drive between wineries, the conversation flowed easily and Sue shared interesting background about the area, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our final stop was Doffo, where we explored part of the "Motodoffo Collection" (vintage motorcycles and memorabilia) before settling onto a quiet patio as the sommelier brought out our tastings. It was the perfect ending to the day. At each winery, Sue took photos for us, guided us through the property, and introduced us to our hosts. It was obvious she had wonderful relationships with everyone involved. It was also clear she had told each winery that we were celebrating my husband's birthday, because at every stop he received a special treat: sparkling wine, churros, and even an extra taste of port. Sue drove us back to the bed and breakfast and told me to text her if we needed any recommendations during the rest of our stay. And I did! The next evening we wanted to go out for dinner, but many places close early in the area. Sue texted me three restaurant recommendations; but she didn't just send the names, she sent the menus for each one. One of my favorite quotes is, "Go the extra mile, it's never crowded." Sue truly lives by that philosophy. She and Tour del Vino are in a class of their own. On a 5-star scale, I give Tour del Vino a 10.

First and foremost, I will NEVER be visiting this winery EVER again. To anyone that reads this…read morereview, YOU ARE WARNED you will be subjected to the worst experience and customer service that you will probably have to ever endure. My Wife and I are appalled over what happened. To the Business Owner, Cane V., you need to train your employees, the faces of YOUR everyday business, to be more EMOTIONALLY INTUITIVE and PROFESSIONAL and have GENERAL MATURITY. Where do I start? If you are looking for a winery that has an unprofessional, rowdy brewery atmosphere that attracts Entitled Stank Faced Boomer Temecula Wine Moms and their Snobby Little Cliques LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Our Experience: my Wife and I came over to sample some wines from this winery that was recommended from a friend. On the Winery Website, you can do 2 different types of wine tastings: Classic Tastings of 6 wines of your choice or a Private Wine Tasting of 8 different ones for a higher price. This is what initially attracted my Wife and I to this winery in the first place (big mistake on our end). Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that wine tasting is no longer being offered at all. The incompetent red haired bartender at the front entrance provided us with no other alternative other than "Yea we don't offer that anymore, you can do by the glass or by the bottle." Her tone changed completely when I asked her about the Club they advertise everywhere. She then tells us that they are booked for the day, however the BAR and LAWN area are open seating, after 8PM everything is open seating. It was 6:30/7PM so we decided by that point, we'll wait for a spot to open up and enjoy some wine then in the meantime. We figured, it's just the 2 of us so we should have luck finding a spot. At the bar area, I noticed that 3 seats were left unattended. The people there got up and left, no drinks were left behind or any "Reservation" placards were placed to notify people. I walk over, sit down and wave to my Wife to come and sit at the bar area. We sat down, sipped some of our wine for 10-15 minutes. Bar had 2 people working, a gentleman and heavier set Blonde lady. Both of them never said anything and nothing was ever exchanged between us and the heavier set Blond lady. I was even thinking about buying a beer or cocktail and thankfully I didn't. Shortly after this time, an EXTREMELY RUDE, ENTITLED, and VISIBLY DRUNK lady and her husband RUDLY went in between my Wife and I and COMMANDED we leave her spots. My Wife and I laughed at her and were genuinely confused because the BAR IS OPEN SEATING, THERE ARE NO RESERVATIONS FOR OPEN SEATING. She then gets even more angry and DEMANDS we leave or else, says to my Wife and I "YOU're GOING TO LEAVE NOW," I tell the lady to kick rocks, it's open seating then she enters the bar area to talk to the heavier set Blond bar tender that we wont move. The Blond bar tender THEN has the AUDACITY to tell us "They have been sitting here all night, YOU TWO need to leave immediately." My Wife and I look at each other and absolutely laugh it off at the sheer absurdity of everyone's tone towards us. Who do you think you are to blatantly kick us out ON OPEN SEATING? Either you are severely undertrained from the Owner or you as a staff member play favorites with other entitled customers. Both of which are absolutely absurd. Upon this interaction, my Wife and I leave and go right down the street to Europa Winery and sampled several wines and had a $250 dinner at Bolero. Here, the experience was a complete 180° and we should've never wasted our time at Miramonte Winery being subjected to the nastiness from the Temecula Trash. If you are a large party, or wanting to host private events, I STRONGLY recommend ANYWHERE else besides Miramonte Winery. The Staff here is atrocious, rude, immature and ugly. I pride myself in never leaving nasty reviews but this experience changed everything moving forward.
