Definitely feels like something changed here recently -- in a good way. The atmosphere is much calmer now, no loud music, and the whole place feels cleaner and more relaxed. Service is TERRIBLE! You can't understand a single thing they are saying and gets worst the more you ask them to repeat themselves! I placed a very large order with them for a party and they messed it up. Spent 30MINS trying to get ahold of them after the order was delivered! NO ONE would answer the phone! I called at at least 20 times! When I finally got through she wanted to charge me for the mess up on my order! And ANOTHER $10 DELIVERY FEE! It took 1.5 hours to get the rest of my order delivered! We drove out of our way just for this location for the first time a week ago, due to our NUMEROUS terrible experiences with the Warren location and because I stopped into the Kroger near the restaurant and received coupons. The food quality and timing is exceptional! Everything was so fresh and hot! The grinder bread wasn't hard as a rock and the meat/inside portions were plentiful! We have paid for extra meat, toppings and sauces on our grinders MULTIPLE times at the Warren location and each time, our subs were skimpy, dry, and in despicable shape. Wine, cigarettes, torn out stucco walls, a summer breeze, sound of cicadas, and somewhere in the distance a dog was barking, the whole deal. Deep dream. The pizza I was eating had on it: olive oil no sauce, anchovies, feta, onion, bacon, black olives. Thought about this dream for weeks, couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, who's dog keeps barking in the distance? Had to try this pizza to get my life back. The fries could have been better but I didn't even care because this sandwich half was everything I needed. My steak grinder is always on point! Hot fresh and delicious! Fast friendly service. I didn't have to wait for them to fix it when I got there like most restaurants that wait until you've arrived to start fixing your food. Ordered cheesy breadsticks and they were still doughy. The oven cooked fries were over cooked (so dark in color). Not appealing at all. I called to tell them the food was unsatisfactory. He said well I cooked them to the setting. I asked for compensation. He said only 10% towards next order. I said no I'm not returning. Other Bellacino's cook the bread well done without being asked. I could've gotten sick. He said return the food for a refund. Once there I was not greeted or no apologies. Once he ha e me the money he stated do not ever order from my lance again. The woman who answers the phone is rude and will give you the wrong order. When you attempt to have it rectified, they will accuse you of lying. Even if you've ordered the same sandwich a couple of times a month for the last six months...and that's the only thing you ever order there. I was once a regular and loyal customer. Used to be a favorite but their service has steadily been going downhill. Last pizza we ordered was just pepperoni and cheese. They didn't put any pepperoni and when we called they insisted it was under the cheese. I will not argue with any restaurant, I just take my business elsewhere. Came in, paid for my food. Waited and waited and waited. Workers were to busy arguing amongst themselves to notice that they hadn't given me my food, which was already ready and waiting on a rack.
