Just had a large round jet 10 with turbo crust and a small round BLT delivered and both pizzas were on point - very delicious!! The driver was nice too. I usually love jets pizza as it is my favorite type of pizza to get from anywhere I just ordered a 8 corner pizza with my son got a couple pieces in and noticed something. Shiny on the pepperoni I was about to eat. There was a diamond shaped piece of metal from a pan or a spatula or something on top of one of the old style pepperonis. In my 66 years on this planet, I've never had such bad service from anywhere. First the online ordering really sucks because it took 3 tries for me to try to order a 1/2 pepperoni pizza & half pepperoni, green pepper & mushroom. Frustrated I ditched ordering what I really wanted & went with a pizza with all the items on the whole pizza. I figured the kids could pick off the mushrooms & green pepper. Frustration again as it took them a long time to get the tiny pieces off before they would eat it. In the process we couldn't find the pepperoni that was supposed to be on the pizza. The receipt didn't list it. Back to an ordering system that sucks. Who the hell orders a pizza without pepperoni? It was our dinner & everyone was starving by the time our food order got to us or I would have rejected the whole order. I ordered @ 6:30pm & was given a 7:30pm delivery time. It arrived at 8:16pm with no apology for lateness & EVERYTHING was absolutely cold. When I opened the box with the ordered sandwich I couldn't beieve I had paid $6.99 for a box of a little lettuce & a few tomatoes pieces strewn around the box, a big piece of cold cooked pizza dough with 1 cold & squished slice of ham & salami. I couldn't tell if there was cheese on it. It was cold & not like it came out of an oven. The Jet's bread was practically a hard clump. I never give bad reviews but when I emailed the manager & got no response, I knew I was never ordering from them again. I picked up pizza to serve to guests on New Year's Eve. I ordered extra cheese. When I served the pizza it was obvious it not only had no extra cheese, but it was an old, dried out, leftover pizza that someone didn't pick up. In fairness to Jets, they offered a full refund. THIS REVIEW IS ON THE CAESAR SALAD ONLY. I don't really know how they managed this- but they found a way to make a SALAD horrible. The dressing- is so thick and paste-like, I could probably patch holes in drywall or lay some tile with it. It's also too creamy and heavy- obviously, thus implied with the thick texture. It's all one-note, bland, boring, and pretty miserable. HOWEVER... The chicken- likely the same chicken they use on their pizzas- was pretty tasty and juicy. Hungry Howies beat you guys.. how'd THAT happen?? Oddly enough, I love their Ranch and Italian dressings. They're the best I've had from a pizzeria. My Veggie deli boat today was absolutely perfect and DELICIOUS. My husband ordered the steak and cheese. It was good. To be fair, (and I didn't deduct any stars for this, I warned him that it would probably not have enough meat for his taste. Of course, I was right (He's a big eater) I told him to get the veggie because he always eats some of mine anyway. He now agrees. My wife and I ordered sandwiches from the Jets on Harper Ave. in St. Clair Shores. She had the deli boat and I had the steak sub. Both sandwiches hardly had any meat on them. My sub was worse than my wife's deli boat. I can't remember when the last time I had a worse sub. I would have returned it but, we took them home to eat and was too far to take them back. Very strange concept: cook your own pizza? I didn't know this was an option. I opened the box to find it almost entirely uncooked, some toppings literally still cold with cheese in the shape of when it was tossed on. So I carefully lifted this semi-soup onto a tray to finish cooking in my own oven, which just melted the cheese more unevenly, creating some sort of lasagna-soup. Waste of $17. read more

They said it would be ready in like 10 minutes... 30 minutes later I called the store again and asked where my order is... they said it would be out in ten minutes... now one of the runners came and took my info again, came back 10 minutes later and said they can't find my order. Was told she would send a manager out. Well he. Never came out. So called again, and finally he said they had to remake my order and it would be another 10-15 minutes. This is our go-to pizza place. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly. I'm not big on deep-dish square pizza, but my husband is. But since they came out with the New York style pizza, we've definitely been getting pizza from here at least once a month. The "Bold Fold" pizza is their NY-style round, thinner crust pizza with the spicy small pepperonis. They sort of fill with grease in this deliciously decadent way that is really satisfying. I also like to get one NY-style just cheese pizza and then load it up with red pepper flakes. I'm always subtly searching for the ethereal cheese pizza a la Home Alone, and this pizza is the closest I've found around here. We also always get the Jet's bread because it's just cheesy, bready goodness. And my daughter will actually eat some breadsticks. (She is the pickiest eater of all time.) I went to Jet's on Harper to get a lunch special for my daughter. I young lady in black biker shorts took the order. She was wearing gloves and I handed her a five dollar bill which she took and placed in the register. As I watched her, she picked up a box, walked over to the pizza and used her same gloved hand to pick up two slices and place in the box. When she brought it to me, I said, "Miss I don't mean to be rude, but you just used the same gloved hand you took my money with to pick up those two slices. Money is very dirty and that is unsanitary." She said,"oh, ok" and took off the gloves, picked up another box, used a spatula to pick up the slices and put them in a box. I was disappointed that she didn't apologize and very very disappointed that she didn't realize you should not pick up food with the same gloves that you use to take someone's money. It is convenient to go there, but believe me, I will be watching every time and I also plan to call the manager today and let him know so he can instruct his staff on the proper way to handle food. read more
