When you ask for something do not expect that. I have had good experiences in the past. But nothing can make up for this. I asked for them to re-do certain aspects of my design several times and they continued to do the same less than adequate work. I am severely disatisfied with my result. They changed owners. I'm guessing maybe four months ago. Their service is horrible. I have been going there for about five years when Jan left my main peep down took over. And the quality was good. Service was nice. Everyone spoke English and now no one really speaks English here. They have raised their prices. I used to like this place until today. I did not have cash for a tip and wanted to put it on my card like I have done before. Earlier while I was waiting another woman tipped on card. When it was time for me to pay I asked to do tip on card. The tech who did my service said no and asked if I had cash. I said no then she rudely asked if I had zelle. I said the woman in front of me did it on her card. The tech replied with "it's more better you zelle" I said ok. She gave me her number to zelle and she's likely still waiting. read more

I've visited mostly all of the nail salons in the area and this one has been my best experience. After 3 great visits I needed to write a review because I couldn't relate to the bad reviews and thought people need to know how great this place is! The vibe is incredible, it doesn't wreak of chemicals and it's clean. My first two gel or no chip manicures were fabulous. Lots of care, gentleness and detail were paid by staff. They lasted too! My pedicure was done by a lovely woman who gave me a generous massage and refreshed my feet. Everyone come here. It's the best in town. read more

My father and I went to get a pedicure on Tuesday March 9th and now he has a horrible infection. He had a simple basic pedicure and if there being clean this should not happen. This is the second person I have seen that gets an infection from this place. I highly suggest to do your pedicure at home if possible. Or choose a different place. I won't be coming back here. Update: After about two or three days. His other toe also started to be inflamed and since then he has soreness in both of his toes. The manager stated the technicians are not suppose to touch ingrown nails but this woman decided to when we went. Beautiful place but we won't be coming back due to high infection rates. First time visit, my mom and I went for Pedicures, noon appointment on Wednesday. When we arrived, ten minutes early, there were three people waiting, all with noon appointments. All technician were busy. We were seated within ten minutes, foot bath water was cool not warm at all, bad start. The technicians rushed our pedicures, leg/foot massage was more annoying than therapeutic, and we were out of the chairs in 30 minutes. I used to be a super big fan of this place ! Loyal as ever! Would drive 1hr and 10 mins to get my nails done by GiGi.. I will not take away from her talent but the customer service and the appointments have gone down hill! I was heading out of town and had made an appointment literally a month in advance ! By far the best nail salon I have been to. The volcano pedicure is the best pedicure I have ever had. Amazing staff. Staff is detail oriented and aim to please. I am very picky with my nails and they are always patient with me. I have friends that are very loyal to their nails salons and after coming here they instantly regret not coming sooner. Well, I don't think receiving a 10% discount for patronizing Tues - Thurs should = 50% service. Made a same day man's pedicure appointment for 445. I prepaid before I left and told him to leave a cash tip. Walked to Target behind the salon and at 510 my husband called. He was done. Eeerrrr what??!! 25 minutes for a pedicure? Husband picked me up from Target and we go back to the salon. I advise them that I've NEVER received a pedicure in less than 45 minutes. It is anywhere between 45 - 60 minutes. The owner tried to explain that it was because no polish. Try again... It was because the technician didn't scrub his feet or use any of the tools. Incomplete service. The owner offered me to have my husband come in for 5 more minutes of massage. Nothing about correcting the lack of foot service. I requested a refund and he declined. I requested that she return the tip. He called my request ridiculous. What's ridiculous is paying for a service and only receiving 1/2 of it. Bellacure's owner is toxic and tried to skimp on a man's pedicure because it is a man. Gender shouldn't matter. Equal service for equal pay. read more

Bellacure was my go-to nail place until today. firstly, I was ignored and was just sitting there with my sister waiting for someone to start our nails. she wanted a nude base with flowers and what she got was not that. she got a green base and some poorly made flowers. back to my nails, I showed a picture of a picture on Pinterest that I liked and it was leopard print French tips. I ended up looking like the tiger on the box of Frosted Flakes. the base was too orange and made it look so unnatural. i literally cried so hard when i got to my car. the vibe there was so judgmental and unwelcoming. they are always giving looks to people and dont treat people with care. i would suggest going to magic nails in lemont before going here. will never be getting my nails done here again. read more

I'm new to the area and decided to give this place a shot because they were close and had good reviews. I've been getting dip manicures for years (and did my own for a year during the pandemic). I've never paid over $40 for a mani pre-tip and was surprised when I went to check out and was told $48 for a standard dip color (no fancy extras etc. ). There is no price menu anywhere so that would be helpful for others to know ahead of time what they'll be charged. The person doing my nails took her time and I really loved them when I left the salon. However, less than 12 hours later my nail had already cracked. My last two dip manicures lasted over four weeks, and this could not last even 24 hours. I did go in and they fixed it for me, however, it is now 48 hours later and I am noticing nearly every single nail has visible cracks underneath the top layer. I did notice that my technician did not use a clear base coat to start and finish, so maybe that's part of it, as my nails are fair more thin than they usually are done. Overall, I hate to say it, but I am pretty disappointed that I spent almost $60 including tip for a manicure that couldn't even truly last 48 hours before looking defective. **Edited. Dropped to 1 star. Less than one week later and ALL nails have chips or cracks. Never have I experienced such poor quality :( read more

Last Sunday, my best friend Jazmin and I came to Bellacure for some gel manicures. Recently, we have been really into having designs done on our nails but sometimes, salons will turn us away for wanting anything extra than a base coat but that's not the case with Bellacure. This was our second time going together and it did not disappoint! We showed them our Inspo photos and they were like, "Yes, we can do that!" They talked us through the colors we wanted and even offered advice for what would look better with our nail shape even. All of the nail technicians were very kind, attentive, and detailed--making sure each nail looked the best and starting over if not. Last time our gel manicures lasted 3 weeks without chipping which is saying a lot since we both work with our hands on an everyday basis! i had a 4:30pm appt. today for a pedicure & fill-in. After Over 30 mins of soaking my feet, a nail tech "Finally" gave me a mediocre over-priced Pedicure. Then she directed me to sit at a table for my fill-in; which is where I sat until apptox. 6:10 pm. After over 1 hour & 40 mins., they had only completed my Pedicure. They kept taking walkins or other appts. & just left me sitting there. I finally told the girl at the front desk to check me out for the $48 pedicure I received. I wanted to try somewhere new and wow, what a mistake!!' Very few of the mail techs speak English or even understand you. The pedicure was Very mediocre; I wasn't impressed at all. Really Not the way to treat a new client. I was considering some of their other services (eyebrows), but after the rude treatment & their lack of professionalism, as well my zero confidence in their ability to do any of the other services, I'll Never return. Don't bother with this place, their nail techs are Not experienced & lack the ability to communicate. My first time trying this salon. I did research and thought their work looked good on Google. I am giving 2stars because my pedi came out good but as for my full set, I am highly disappointed. I paid extra for no chip on my hands and feet so they would be Shiney, smooth and dry but my nail tech didn't even check to see if they were fully dry from being under the lamp. My nail color was ruined before I even made it to my car so I went back in to have it repaired and ended up with a wavy pattern in top of my thumb.
