When I first walked in, they showed me into the waiting room which is equipped with snacks and drinks galore. The woman who washed my hair nearly put me to sleep with her relaxing head massage (in a positive way!!), and was so kind. Then I had the pleasure of chatting with Tina while she did my hair.
