She never mentioned the increase in price ALSO the guy kept having to fix my steamer because it didn't even work half the time. I didn't even care because I didn't know I was paying double for the steam!? We went to check out at the front and the young woman working wasn't even going to break down the insane total she was asking for. I asked her how it got so high and she started pointed at this other package that we didn't order upon arrive and saying we upgraded. The package came with mocktails but we ordered separate cocktails bc we didn't know and they took 30 mins to even receive when they're already pre made in a can. The whole thing was insane, we expected to pay $65 + $15 if we wanted to splurge on no chip for the honeymoon, and we left there $290 in the hole. Ridiculous and definitely feel scammed.

The color I chose was a deep burgundy, almost dark brown/purple, not too far from my usual preferred colors in the fall. It was ZGel 84 "Camp Ground." The salon was pretty full, and I was seated promptly at a station next to another client. There were two stations side by side that flanked the side wall. The other wall were pedicure chairs. This seemed like a popular place, and while it's not a hot-hand-towels sort of place, it was a good quality mani for a decent price. Hanna took her time and carefully filed and shaped my nails to the shaped I preferred, and was gently with my one broken nail that was a little shorter than the others. There are TVs with cooking shows playing (perfect, for me) and I was in/out without issue. I was satisfied with my mani and Bella Nora seems like a reliable salon! I really love Michelle as a stylist, I had her do my hair 4-5 years ago and remembered her since…read morethen... but I couldn't remember her name. I was finally able to find her again through Diva's Facebook page and I'm so glad. I booked a haircut and full highlight, wanting to go back to my natural color so my hair could continue to grow and be healthy. I didn't realize I should have booked for a color correction, but Michelle moved her clients around to give more time to do my hair. I would have been more than understanding to reschedule, but thankful she was able to fit me in! One of the other ladies was amazing as well running to the store to get more product for my hair. It doesn't look like a huge change, but this was removing box color from my hair so it could better match my roots and a treatment to prevent damage. I am also not a huge talker and shy during appointments like this, but it didn't feel awkward at all and I had a chance to just enjoy being pampered and relax. Overall, I'm so grateful Michelle and the ladies were so accommodating and understanding with me. There wasn't frustration even for a split second.
