They have the absolute best pizza we've ever found in Western North Carolina! The large pizza was delicious and we ended up getting a salad as well and a beef sandwich. All of it was so delicious and their Greek dressing is the best! Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and took such good care of us :-) it wasn't packed yet, but that was fine with us :-) as we were leaving there were tons of people coming in. Used to live in the area and ate here often so for old times sake grabbed to go to take to the hotel room. As always the Greek dressing is A-MAZING Greek dressing!!! I just wish for such a good dressing they offered a slightly better quality salad green or salad arrangement. I had the lasagna and it was decent not the best I've ever had not bad either. I would order it again if I just happened to be in the mood for lasagna but there are better items on the menu I'd order in the future ahead of the lasagna. I should honestly give three stars only due to the crap parking lot!!!! If they are busy go ahead and know you are going to walk in the door angry as the parking lot is very tight and discombobulated then add the jerk pill Billy locals into the mix (big reason why I moved out of the area) and it's a mess but I left the 4th star because the restaurant can't control how their customers act outside of their walls. This is a very popular restaurant utilized mostly by locals on a regular basis so my best advice to the owners would be relocate to a larger more easily accessible location. read more

The food is always delicious, but I noticed the prices have gone up, which is understandable in this economy, however, the portions have gotten much smaller as well. Although I don't mind paying a little more for good food, I was disappointed to see the smaller portions. However my last order was incorrect. Most people wouldn't make a big deal over it but I would expect better. I ordered a chicken Greek salad with two chicken Francesca's and a hot chicken sub. I order extra Greek dressing because it's the best and plus it's homemade. No dressing not even for the entire order the two Francesca's come with side salads that did not have any dressing whatsoever. I did not feel like getting back out so I ruined the salad with ranch dressing. Please guys next time make sure to put our dressing in the bag. First time here but not the last. I had the Chicken Francesco with salad and mushroom appetizer. The wife and I split the Fried Mushrooms. They were delicious and my SO said she could eat the whole thing, and is of ample size to share. The garden salad side was fresh and generous. My main dish over pasta was creamy and delicious. It was covered in cheese and the chicken was flavorful. Took home half for another meal. Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. She kept us satisfied and we never had to look for her. My Greek Salad with Chicken came out in less than 5 minutes. It was delicious with plenty of feta and olives. My drink was kept refilled without having to ask. The menu includes both Greek and Italian dishes. Fusion confusion? Who cares! The food is good, portions are ample, prices are very reasonable and the servers are friendly and efficient. I'm Greek American and I found the Greek-style chicken to be very authentic. Grilled nicely on the outside, well seasoned, and tender on the inside. The mixed grilled vegetables were coated in olive oil and light seasoning, again traditional Greek style. The Greek salad and gyro chicken were also very good. I had rice pilaf on the side, and while it tasted fine, that's the one thing I didn't find very authentic. I would have added maybe a little lemon juice, a pinch of oregano and perhaps even a little feta cheese (which was good on the salad). The water feature in the main dining room is also kind of cool. I'm giving a bad review because we were made to feel guilty for patronizing this establishment on Christmas Eve. They closed at 5:00PM and my partner and I were starving and having a hard time finding a restaurant that was open. So we arrived at 4:00PM on the dot (which is ample time to eat and leave well before closing time). When we arrived we were the only customers there. We sat down and immediately a server rushed us and asked what we wanted to order. We hadn't even looked at the menu and I had never been there before so I asked for another "minute". She gave us literally one minute- I'm talking sixty seconds- and then came back and demanded to know what we wanted. So I just chose the stuffed shells. I hadn't even had a chance to read the whole menu. All the staff were glaring at us. And I promise you, we very much intended upon leaving before 5:00PM. We have families to get home to on Christmas Eve as well. Anyway it wasn't even five minutes before our meals came out (don't ask me how you make meatballs and stuffed shells in five minutes, but they did.) So while the staff continued to glare at us we inhaled our food at a rapid speed, finishing by 4:20PM. By that time more customers arrived and we saw the staff roll their eyes back into their skulls. We asked for boxes and left as quickly as possible, tipping $20 on $33. I won't be back. Don't be open on a holiday if your staff if going to treat your patrons like complete garbage and judge them before knowing what they will tip like or how late they will stay. read more

While waiting in the lobby I witnessed two customers come in to pick up their orders, no masks, and no one asked them to put one on, even though they have a table set up with masks. What is the point if you aren't going to ask them to put a mask on? I asked the girl who rung me up why they allow people to come in without masks? She got super shitty with me and said she can't slap them across their face. I won't be back until they enforce mask-wearing. Also, my order was wrong. I love me some Bellagio Bistro. We have been eating here since the fam relocated from Asheville to Weaverville, which coincided closely with the opening of Bellagio. We have eaten at Apollo Flame for a decade (the sister restaurants to Bellagio), and imagined that the quality and quantity of food would be carried over the this new venture. We have been quite pleased with Bellagio Bistro and eat there practically every time we are in town; I imagine I've been there at least ten times, probably more. My favorite, brought from Apollo Flame, is "Our Famous Greek Salad with Chicken." I always get a bit of thousand island dressing with the salad and my day is golden. Others in our rotating circle of dining family members have tried heated sub sandwiches, pizza, all of the pasta dishes, and a few other things on the menu, but I'm usually laser-focused on the salad I like. I highly recommend Bellagio Bistro, and look forward to my next dining experience. read more

service was amazing and fast, food was pretty good. our waitress was so sweet and was very patient with our special orders and even helped us choose our sauces. felt very welcomed! our salads and drinks came out very quickly and our waitress dropped one of our salads but because of how sweet and charismatic she was, it just made for a funny moment we were all able to laugh about. she even let us move tables to be away from the mess and she sacrificed her shoes to save ours. they serve coca-cola products and their sweet tea was actually sweet which is important to me (a texan). the cheese tortellini was good! garlic bread was good too. alfredo tasted a little bit like white wine but it was good to us. chicken francesca was great, the chicken breast tasted very authentic. their greek salad dressing was great. spaghetti however was fairly mediocre. again, our waitress was so amazing and sweet, she stopped to talk to us about all the places to see while we're traveling here. we would absolutely recommend!! read more

If anybody associated with this place has a drop of Italian blood in them they should be ashamed. The lasagna I ordered was 1-inch thick! Lasagna is supposed to be made of "layers" of ricotta cheese and pasta. This was just a single layer and if there was ricotta cheese in there, I didn't find it. But there was an abundance of salt. And need I mention that the pasta was not homemade. I gave it one star because the salad was big. If you're looking for REAL Italian food, I suggest you keep looking. read more

I do have to say, they need to devise a way to deliver the dressing in something other than in a beer bottle with a napkin over it so you can shake it up. The man (owner?) at the front who sat us seemed very gruff. No smiles...no nothing. Waitress gave the same vibe. Yes, it was lunchtime but just not much warmth in personality of the staff. Also, having to wait in line to pay bill often causes delays due to amount of backup at the register. I even tried something new which I haven't tried before which was Lamb!! I actually enjoyed it and the Restraunt was amazing when I walked in I thought it was going to be a small little place but it was fairly good sized place lots of room for big parties and the staff were very kind and attentive. The salad that I got with our meals was amazing it was a Greek salad with a very unique Greek dressing OMG!! I am in love with this place. I was fortunate enough to visit Bellagio Bistro on two separate occasions during my two visits to the Asheville area. The restaurant itself sits in a small lot and has a big bright sign with green font. From what I was told, it specialized in both Greek and Italian cuisine and also had a sister restaurant called Apollo Flame. First, let me say that the service here was excellent. The hosts and the servers were all very friendly and attentive. On my most recent visit (which is what this review is based on), I opted for the Lasagna, which came with garlic bread and a side-salad. The side salad itself could have been a meal - it was gigantic! The lasagna was large, gooey and delicious - the right consistency and balance. What this restaurant is famous for though is their Greek Chicken Salad, which is what the bf got. It arrived on a heaping platter (which is more than enough for 2 people) and the restaurant provides extra dressing in the form of a beer bottle that has been recycled and topped off with what looks like a wine pourer. The bf, being from the area, always gets this dish whenever he comes to Bellagio Bistro, and I can certainly understand why.
