I always get a ballerina with a pointed pinky, white gel polish, $70 is so fair for that considering i've paid at lowest $60. That's amazing, base is $45 for a set online - but i'm not sure how they charged it. I personally prefer a top tier quality set of acrylics especially if i'm going to spend $50-$110 - and I normally get my nails done in the cities, (Boston, Providence, NY, LA, etc.), but I truly loved the vibe of Bellagio Nail Bar & Lashes. I'm really torn on this place because on the one hand the nail artists really are artists. I've always asked for very intricate designs and they deliver exceptionally every single time. But the hygiene is really poor here. The same tools are used across clients without any sanitation in between (clippers, cuticle trimmers, nail files, electric drimmels) and it makes me so uncomfortable. If they can just increase their hygiene practices it would be perfect. I also have the problem with the nail techs always over buffing my nails. The common practice these days in all the salons is to use the electric drimmel to buff nails and it always hurts and damages my nails so much. I used to do my own dip nails for years and know they don't need that much buffing so it's a shame. I'd love to do my own nail prep and then have the artists just paint the designs. read more

Beautiful and clean spa, only problem is the quality of their nail polish is horrible. They might water it down... the day after I got a pedicure 2 of my nails were completely off!! I know 2 other people who have experienced the same. It was such a shame because it was a great pedicure. Staff was very nice! Just not worth the money if it's only going to last a day. read more

I've been here four times now, and granted, the other sets I've gotten have been beautiful. I recognize everyone has bad days. The set I got today was the worst manicure I've ever gotten. She made my nails so thin I could see through them. The shape was awful. Then, she refused to do the design I asked for and offered me stickers instead. She never asked me questions on what I wanted, I had to interject before she started doing things. The ends of my nails were scraggly with bits that weren't filed off and the polish turned out lumpy. The receptionist was very kind and had someone else add the design elements I had wanted, but that didn't help the other problems. I immediately went home and took them off. I've loved other sets I've gotten here, but this one will keep me from returning. read more

I've been to this spa 6 times. When they first opened, they were great. I will never be back. This last time, I had a scheduled appointment for a pedicure. The woman who did my nails had filthy tools. The tools still had SKIN on them from the last person! It is disgusting. I will never be back. I really really hate to give a small business a bad review but I am so deeply unhappy with the services I received here, particularly given the high cost compared with other salons in the area. When you make an appointment online, you have to select a technician. When you show up for your appointment, you just get whoever is available. For me, that meant a very nice woman who didn't seem to speak any English. She didn't understand my requests (i.e. please make the shape more rounded, or can I please have another coat) and instead of inquiring further, seemed to ignore them. At the very end, she started to ask a coworker what I was saying but wouldn't wait for the translation to just keep moving on. Now that I am home, my nails are inconsistently shaped, done sloppily (most have rough edges), and just don't look good. I've attached pictures of my manicure and pedicure to show the quality of work I received. To top it all off, I paid $80 for this before tip which is higher than I spend at my usual place in the same town. read more

I've gone to this salon before and had great experience. Returning after a few months off and it was a different experience. My pedicure was good. I started my gel manicure with same stylist as pedicure which was great though I was abruptly passed off in middle of service to different stylist. The second stylist was very slow, applied way too much polish, and was messy, leaving my finger tips with polish that I had to scrub off. Overall disappointed with the quality and service. read more

It has been a long time since I have been to a nail salon where they hid their sterilizing equipment and used the same buffer, tools etc on everyone. In 20203 I thought all salons had moved on to using single use nail files and newly sterilized equipment for every guest. I had a long day and tired so I didn't notice this until midway through my pedicure. I'm honestly grossed out. Shame on me for taking so long to realize. And shame on this place for their poor standards. Beware you get what you pay for: a chop shop. PS they use the cheese grater tool for callous removal. Visited Bellagio after a colleague raved about it. The salon is spotless. The employees are kind and the polishes are very well taken care of. You can book an appointment online and Venmo is available for tips. During my 2nd visit, I had a mani/pedi by Kim. She's wonderful! Kim had me thinking I accidentally requested a special deluxe pedicure, I did not. Best classic pedicure ever. She took her time, made me feel so relaxed. Everyone was super attentive and my nails came out beautiful and lasted a long time. I decided to come back a second time. There was an issue with my gel manicure and the front desk noticed while I was paying. They quickly sat me down and fixed it with a smile on their face. Even gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I've been to many places but I can tell you, this place has top notch service. You will feel relaxed and pampered! They were very Friendly! Even with 10% off more than I usually pay for gel mani! I would come back to give it another chance. It is beautiful and clean. Saw the owner speaking to a customer and helping another technician out, glad to see that!!! I truly hope to see her business thrive. Maybe just a bit more training for the technicians. Mine seemed a bit frazzled because wage had a hard time getting my gel polish off! Not my fault, but I kept apologizing. She was really sweet but not sure how confident she is yet. My nails grow fast and we're super long before coming in I told her I cut them all down before I came in!!! Just file please she did but both hands were completely uneven although before I went there I evened them out. Yes I am a bit crazy about that! She made them even shorter and I'm Not too sure what happened but they are super uneven and two are on a slope. As I said beautiful place and I will try again, everyone has an off day. I kept telling her they weren't even but oh well. They also didn't have the color I picked and she spent 10 minutes looking over and over I told her no worries I would pick something else. I want to love this place, the employees are sweet, and they do a nice job - however, I have noticed them going down the same path as busier, established places around. When you make an appointment, (either on the phone or online), they still leave you waiting 15+ mins, as if you walked in without one. Also they don't give you the nail tech you ask for, you get whoever they have free. Review The two times I've visited Bellagio Nails Salon for a pedicure, I left with an injury. My first appointment with Tammy resulted in a cut with no apology and I let it go as mistakes can happen. The second time I went with my daughter and had Judy for a pedicure. This time I was cut pretty badly on my big toe and even said ouch. Judy did not even reply, acknowledge or apologize about the incident. 4 days later and I now have a swollen toe that has become infected and I've had to drain, I'll most likely have to visit my doctor as a result which is not exactly what you want after getting a pedicure, the whole point is to relax. I left a brief review here on yelp about my experience and received a text message at 10:30 at night from the manager, stating that I had never attended my appointment. I had to provide a screenshot of proof of tips sent via Venmo before they said they would offer a free pedicure to make up for this. I explained that I don't feel comfortable returning after these incidences and that a refund would be the fair thing to do. They were only willing to offer a 50% refund as their policy is no refunds. Overall it's very disappointing to see how they've handled this situation, I believe when two manicurists cause this sort of outcome, the least that could be done is to rectify the situation. The worst part is that the manager/owner was justifying what happened and saying these situations happen, that statement alone is appalling. I was injured not once but twice and it is clear with the attitude and lack of compassion in the matter that money is all that matters. I would never recommend Bellagio Nails Salon especially even more so because of the way they handled this situation. read more

Spa is super clean, upscale and comfortable. I booked an organic Spa pedicure and gel manicure. Tony did my pedicure and he was amazing. He was very friendly, took his time and the massage was wonderful. My nails turned out great and I didn't feel rushed. Kean did my gel manicure and I couldn't be happier. I had the same girl from beginning to end rather than one person foiling and removing the polish and another person finishing the job like I've had at other places. I have been reading over some of the other reviews and wanted to give my opinion based on my experience there. In the end, it all depends on WHO you work with. Last time I was there the woman who did my nails was so fast I was worried that they weren't going to look good but they were actually nice. The time before that, the woman who did my nails was crazy meticulous. Several times she started over on a nail because she didn't think it looked good. She also finished off my dip with a coat of gel to make it shiny and it did make a difference. The drawback was that it took 1.5 hours just to get a manicure. If I have a special event I would pick her again but I am not usually looking to spend that much time at the salon. I have also had a few manicures that are not so great.
