Have been there a few times and some technicians are better than others but overall no complaints until this last time. I went over the weekend for a pedicure and the girl that did it did not have a name tag on or else I would call her out. She was very rough and the white abrasive sponge they use to buff your nails was used so aggressively that she used it on my skin too!! At one point there was a little blood and my toes were stinging. I changed the amount of the tip i usually give to a lower amount which she is lucky she got anything. She should not be working on people The place is nice and clean and they have a lot of people working there so getting an appt or being a walk in is not problem. If i do go again though I will read reviews that specify a person that is good. I suggest the same to others. Oh and my toe was stinking for at least an hour when i got home. read more

This was our first visit to T&T Salon in Franklin, and unfortunately it will also be our last. My daughter booked pedicures for herself, me, and our 9-year-old granddaughter. The experience started badly when I was shown to a foot spa that was still full of dirt and nail clippings from the previous customer. I had to wait while it was cleaned before my appointment could even begin. The salon itself appeared unclean. There were cotton buds, cotton wool, and other debris visible on the floor and in the corners. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and throughout our visit none of the staff were welcoming or friendly. We were barely spoken to, and unlike many salons, there wasn't even a simple offer of a bottle of water. Another thing that stood out was the lack of proper equipment. Instead of using standard foam toe separators before applying the nail polish, the staff simply stuffed pieces of tissue paper between our toes. I've had many pedicures over the years and have never seen a salon do this. My granddaughter's pedicure was also smudged and had to be redone on one of her toes. The most upsetting part happened after we paid. The total came to $125 for two adult pedicures and one child's pedicure. As we were leaving, an older staff member came running outside shouting, "No tips? No tips?" in front of everyone in the salon. My daughter politely explained that we were unhappy with the service. Instead of listening, he became angry, shouted at us, and even used the F-word in front of our 9-year-old granddaughter. No customer should ever be treated that way. One more thing we noticed was a sign in the salon offering customers a $10 voucher in exchange for leaving a five-star Google review. That made us question how many of the glowing reviews genuinely reflect customers' experiences. We cannot recommend this salon. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, unprofessional practices, rude treatment, and the aggressive confrontation over tipping, this was one of the worst salon experiences we've ever had. I was looking for a place to get my nails done closer to home, so I tried T&T nails in Franklin. I will not be returning. My sister and I got pedicures together and the whole experience was terrible from start to finish. We were rushed from the moment we walked in, and there was only one other customer there and a ton of staff. The staff did not clean up our cuticles or do anything to our toenails except paint them! The exfoliation and massage was about 10 seconds total and they rushed through it. You could tell the staff had no desire to be there. My sister's polish was all bumpy and she asked for it to be repainted, which they did, but I don't think the person doing her nails had much experience at all. When we were checking out, we let the woman at the desk (who we believe to be the owner) know that we were unhappy. She did not provide any apology or discount, just kept saying the price to us. Arrived here last night after not being seen at our scheduled time for a 6pm pedicure at another nail salon in Franklin. I've never been to T&T but they kindly accepted us as 2 walk in pedicures at 6:20pm. The service here was amazing. So nice, tranquil and truly a relaxing experience. Not rushed at all. I asked for the green tea pedicure. They do a body scrub wash on the legs and feet, a moisturizing mask to the legs and then wrap them in plastic wrap. The lotion they use is wonderful, absorbs and you feel moisturized (I didn't slip around in my flip flops after like some other pedicures elsewhere in the past). They then massage your legs and they turn on a steam device which provides a nice warm feeling over the legs while getting massaged. Then they do heated stones. Finally they paint toe nails perfectly. When they place you at their drying station you're already so relaxed from the leg/feet massage plus the massage chair, but then you become even more relaxed as they offer a shoulder massage that lasts 2 minutes. It was so nice and the perfect ending to our day. I am really happy our pedicures that were scheduled elsewhere did not work out because we found this gem of a nail salon and now this will be the only one we are going to from now on!! read more

This is one of the better nail salon experiences I've had in recent years. Reasonable prices - we chose the $60 spa pedicure option which includes some leg and food massage as well as a chair massage at the end where they do a little shoulder work. They also use some hot stone. Nice, polite service. It's clean and all techs are wearing gloves. Cash gratuity. It's tucked to the far right hand side of the plaza, around the corner - you can't see it at first glance when you enter the driving entrance. Would definitely return! read more

Worst manicure. Will never go back !! Booked a 1:00 appointment. When I got there it didn't seem like they had someone ready . 3 different staff did my nails !!! One filed and applied soak. A different one scraped off gel and a third polished. No one cleaned and trimmed cuticles.!!!! Saw no autoclave equipment. Instruments were not in sanitized packaging. They used no towels. Little bugs flying around . No one was friendly. The only good thing was the nature images on the TV screen !!! read more

I've only been here once and would go back again. The pedicure was great and honestly might be the best foot massage I've ever gotten. I also asked for gel removal from my hands and I was sad that he cut two of my nails without asking - I didn't want my thumb nails cut. We went to this salon on a Sunday afternoon. The prices are fair and typical for a nail salon. I got a cucumber pedicure and it was great. I had one of the men do my pedicure and he gave a fantastic massage and did a stellar job on my clean up/polish. I suggest making an appointment but also give yourself plenty of time if you have to be somewhere. They were busy but also spent the time with you and didn't make you feel like they were rushing you out of there. read more

My first time visiting T&T yesterday and the experience was fantastic. The staff was super friendly and attention to detail was the best. I have been here a few times and usually don't have an issue. I recently went and had an appt. I sat for my manicure. The tech just started and a woman walked in for a manicure. She sat next to me and my nail tech worked on both of us at the same time. When my polish was applied she was applying it fast so she could move her chair over to work on the other client next to me. Then the tech got up and went to another customer at the end. I had to keep asking the other nail tech if my nails were dry. I was just sitting there watching other customers having a one on one experience with their nail tech and not being rushed. I felt rushed. I then asked where the lotion was so I could apply it to my hands. The other tech said he would do it so he gave me a hand massage with the lotion and then a quick neck massage as stated on the description of a gel manicure. If he didn't come over to me my nail tech wasn't going to finish my service. I know they need to take in as many clients possible but a paying customer shouldn't feel rushed read more

The nail stations themselves are very clean as well which is so important. The pedicure itself was really good.. but the paint job is soooo sloppy. I wish i had just did one color it probs wouldn't be bad. Hidden in the back of the plaza is T&T. I was a "walk in" and was looking for a gel color change (not a full gel mani service) but was told they did not offer so $35 later I had a full gel mani. Decent job, Tina started my mani and got busy and passed me off to a young man who finished my gel polish. She didn't do any cuticle work and left my nails covered in dust, did not prep the nails and applied polish right on top. I asked straight up if I should go rise off the dust or should she wipe with a cotton ball and acetone. They were very nice and the store is new and clean. However I don't see my gel mani lasting more than a few days unfortunately. read more

I rarely get my nails done, but this has made me re-evaluate how often I should! It was truly one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. I got a gel pedicure that cost $55 and it was so worth it. I was given a great foot massage with a hot jade rock and wax on my heel. Not to mention when I arrived to the salon, I was greeted at the door & was helped to pick the color I wanted! Such a relaxing experience & feels good to support this small business close to home!
