Everyone beware. PREPARE FOR A LONG WAIT - EVEN IF YOU HAVE A RESERVATION. The nail techs are kind and thorough but they are not staffing appropriately for how busy this place is. Two different visits my tech was simultaneously doing my manicure while doing another girls and both of us waited over 30 mins to even be taken back. Ive been here three times. Here is my experience: The first time my bf and I waited almost 40 minutes for pedicures but we were already seated in the chairs and were chatting so we let it slide...second time I came alone and asked if there was a wait at the door. They said 10 minutes. So I stayed and ended up waiting 35 additional minutes before someone called me to a chair. I almost left. Today I called to ask about a wait. They said none. I said I can be there in ten minutes and she said "ok, ten minutes". I got there in 9 and now, after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes, they moved me to a different chair. It has been another 10 minutes. At this point I just need my nails done and I feel it may be better just to stay than drive to another salon to potentially wait. read more

Went for a mother daughter afternoon today and was so disappointed with the lack of professionalism. You always have to wait even when you make an appointment. My daughter was getting her nails done by Bella when she asked her to correct the length to match the picture she provided nails she was yelled at. This is the McDonalds of nail salons. Cheap, nasty and poor service. We had never been there before so we didn't know their "system" but apparently they mumble to you to sit in a specific chair. If you get chair #3 the man doing your nails will often get up without a word and walk away for 5 minutes or so to fold towels, talk to other customers or do something else. They'll not ask you what shape you want your nails in. They won't soak your nails (if they're natural) and they'll shape them in the fastest way possible before slapping polish on them. I went to this salon as part of a girls day with my friends. The place is beautiful! I had a wonderful experience with my pedicure but it took an odd turn once I went for my manicure. I showed the tech what I wanted and her attitude changed noticeably. She didn't say anything at first and then asked again. I wanted a design on every nail, which I told her each time. She asked two more times before I caved and asked if she would do it. She told me she only wanted to do a design on one nail. Not wanting to be a rude customer, I agreed to a design on one nail. The quality over all is nice but my nails are so sore several hours after and more round that what I asked for. Bellagio is theeee worst. Staff are constantly in a rush, are not thorough with their work, and prices fluctuate constantly. If you're seeking a therapeutic nail experience, do not go to Bellagio. My most recent pedicure was done by Stephanie -- that will be her first AND last time doing so. ALL of my toenails were cut on the diagonal, the polish globbed on and lumpy, cuticles left unmanicured. The time spent on my now hideous toenails was roughly twenty minutes. The entire experience was extremely dissatisfactory. 0/10. Do not recommend. read more

This used to be the best place to go. They have gone downhill. The last several pedicures have been rushed and not relaxing. I stopped going for a while, but today decided to give them another chance. They are the only salon that still uses a straight razor to get the dead skin off so I stopped by for a pedi. The entire pedicure took 15 mins - it is the most rushed pedicure I have ever had in my life. She would literally dip my feet in the water, splashing everywhere almost frantic to get to the next step. Never asked what pedicure I want, just did her rush job and was done. Sadly I won't return. The technician treated me very badly, scolded me like I was a child when She misunderstood what I wanted, punctured the side of my toe and made me bleed terrible during the pedicure. I have been going to Bellagio for years as it seems to be one of my only options, but almost every time I go, I wonder to myself why I keep going. There are a few good employees- Stephanie and Tina- but when I am put with anyone else, they do not listen to what I want and often cut my fingers. Tonight I got SNS with the technician Dinh and I asked for coffin shape. She seemed to understand, but proceeded to file my nails in a square shape and already had them shorter than I asked for. At one point while she was using a dremel on my nails, I squirmed because she had cut my finger and then tells me to sit still. After that as I was sitting still, she continued to cut my finger and it was painful. After she finished that hand, I looked at my bloody finger and she told me it was my fault for moving, when that wasn't even when I felt pain. At the end, I was charged $5 extra for the coffin shape despite her filing them as squares. I am looking for a new place, but would make an exception for appointments with Stephanie or Tina. read more

Was here for business and went for a pedi and gel fill. The facility is nice however the service was lackluster. I had Lee. The pedi was average. Until it was over. Then she started to borrow her "neighbor technician's" towel for my feet! The technician directed her to get a new towel. My fill was disastrous. Her ability to process English was minimal and she wasn't understanding how I wanted my nails polished (even with a picture). The paint was shotty and she didn't paint the ends of the nail. I had a hangnail on one finger and after it began to bleed once from being rough, she continued, not being careful and reopening the wound multiple times. Although she asked if she "hurt me" and I responded in the affirmative, she proceeded. I won't return and will not recommend. read more

Let me start by saying that I have been to this salon many times and I am typically very satisfied. However, my best friend and I went in on 8/14/20(with appointments)for pedicures. The service was very rushed. Not once were we asked what type of pedicure we wanted, they just did whatever they wanted. The girl who did my friends pedicure was rude and made comments to her about her feet. I, however, did not have an issue aside from the fact that we weren't asked what we wanted. My toes looked fine and he was semi-friendly, so I tipped him and left($45 for a pedicure I didn't choose, $55 with tip.) However, after I left, I realized that my feet were still rough!! I have never left a pedicure with my feet still rough(as that is a large reason why I get pedis to begin with) and I had even asked if he had used a pumice stone on my feet(he said yes!). My best friend also had the same issue! So the next day I called in. I spoke with Stephanie who was very nice and apologetic. We ultimately decided we didn't want to go back due to the comments made to my friend, and I was told by Stephanie to come in and we would be refunded. I woke up on Sunday to a flat, so I called to see about getting a refund over the phone since I would not be able to come in that day. Another manager, who spoke very broken English and was very nasty, told me I need to come in for a refund. I understood and let it go. I went back into the salon a few days later when I was in the area, and when I arrived, I again spoke to Stephanie. Again she was very friendly and nice. She told me she needed some authorization code to refund me and asked me to come back in 10-15 minutes when someone who had it would be back. Mind you, Stephanie claimed to be a manager when I originally spoke with her. So I came back in and was immediately bombarded by the other "manager" I'd spoken with who had very broken English. She began very nastily telling me she would not refund me(after I'd been told twice that they would) as she inspected my feet. She repeatedly told me that my toes looked fine and that she would not refund me. When I again explained the situation and why I was unhappy, she started raising her voice to me and telling me that it was not their job to make my feet smooth "like a baby" and that everyone had rough feel. She kept referring to my heels. I explained that the problem was not my heels and explained over and over to her what the issue was. We basically ended up in a screaming match in the front of the shop, and she just kept screaming and repeating the same thing to me. At one point, another girl, who happened to be the rude woman who'd done my friends pedicure, came up. I ended up putting my hand up and telling the woman that was yelling that I was no longer going to talk to her because she would not stop screaming at me and was obviously not listening to anything I was saying. I began explaining to the other girl what was going on(meanwhile, the other woman continued to scream at me and badger me while repeating the same things, and Stephanie hid in the back the whole time.) Then, the woman who'd done my friends feet, had the nerve to tell me that I obviously don't know how tips work! Finally, a different man came up and asked me how much my transaction was and began issuing my refund. I moved to the front of the register and the woman began circling the register, continuing to scream and badger me the ENTIRE time I stood there. At one point I asked for her name and her response was "you don't need my name. You don't want to talk to me, remember?" This was absolutely the most absurd experience of my life! If it was against their policy to refund, they could've said that originally. But that never happened. Instead they told me to come in for a refund only for me to be harassed and yelled at the entire time. And after I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get there at that. Never in my life have experienced something like this from a business. I do not recommend anyone go here for any service, simply because this is how they behave if they have a complaint. I've been going here for years and every-time I go the staff are so nasty!! I went today and wanted my nails short and the tech huffed and puffed. She told me to stop pulling up the pic on my phone of the design I wanted because she remembered it! She's always rushing and doing at least 2 customers at once. They need to hire more staff! Workers drop like flies there. I wanted a pedicure too but she said come back tomorrow we too busy. For their prices, they should at least be nice. Not planning on returning. Went in today to have my daughter nails painted for a pageant. I have had them done at other places and it is practice to file them in some equal form before painted them. (she had a spray tan so could not get them wet) While I was a few chairs down I assumed they would be filed in shape before they were painted, same with toes. My daughter had a hangnail sticking out and so uneven it was embarrassing for them to let her out of her establishment. For 11$ to have nail just painted it a joke!!!! no file no nothing!!!! I could have bought polish and done a better job!!!! oh and he painted her nails clear while she was sitting in a chair so arms outstretched!!!! As she was getting that done I decided to get a pedicure. I had a male who was very rough and actually filed(electric) my big toe almost down to bone. It hurt so bad I could not put it back into the water. The lady next to me that had a women commented you never ask for a male they are very rough here. It hurt so bad I couldn't put my foot back into the water. When he left the girl next to asked if I was ok. I said NOI this is the most stress hurtful pedicure I have ever had!! I went to the salon because I heard they were very clean they did not reuse files on people and they were very skilled however after going for three fillings I decided to not return they were certainly not any cleaner than any other nail salon in fact the files they used was so dull that my acrylic didn't even adhere to my nails properly and the nails were lifting after just three days a French manicure that I got the last time was crooked and every time I went the polish was bubbly I would not recommend anybody go there based off skill I went in with a very nice Apex in a nice shape to my nail and they consistently flattened out my nail leaving no Apex for strength every time I went they were late and the front area was very crowded they could definitely use some more seats and space in the front waiting area if they're going to be late every time and if their prices are to be higher than other salons in the town I think the best they could do is upgrade their files read more

Just had my second bad pedi in a row from this place. Before this, it was spotty, maybe 75% good service. The polish is a mess, but worse, the foot massage was terrible. Both times, with different people, they rubbed the TOP of the foot, really hard, and ignored the bottom, which is the part that actually needs it! They used to be really good. Now they act as if you're an inconvenience; the manager was playing on his phone the whole time today, and no one ever smiles. I walked in and was seen right away on a Friday at like 5 pm. I got a deluxe pedicure (treat yo self!) and gel manicure (French tip). I think the girl who did my nails was named Dinh, but don't quote me on it. She did an awesome job, she was very sweet, and didn't ask me a bunch of awkward questions, which I really appreciated. I'm done with this place. Each time I go it gets worse. My pedicure was half assed at best. He was on the phone for most of it. I asked to add a hot stone massage and that meant I didn't get a regular massage at all.
