Get your money's worth at this salon. I've been to my share of nail salons and this ranked pretty high. The owners are very customer service oriented and do not just breeze through the manicure. They are very meticulous and do a great job. If I was from the area I'd come back for sure. Pretty reasonably priced as well! My girlfriend and I got acrylics as well as dip gel and regular pedicures. We were both in love with the results. This was my first time at Natural Nails. Sophia did my nails and she was very gentle considering she was working with my bitten nails. I have been biting my nails for a little while now, so she put tips and dip powder on them. We did short nails still which is what she recommended because theres hardly any real nail on my fingers. She was very fast but still detail oriented. I'm really happy with my nails. The price for a full set dip powder was 45, which i feel like is a great deal. I've been going here for a few months & I was told they don't do acrylics only gel. Yet, they dip the brush in a liquid & then a powder. This entire time I've been paying extra for "Gel Fills" when I've actually been getting regular acrylic nails. Not only that but when they painted my nails with gel polish it was always bumpy/wavy my nails were never smooth & even. And when I payed in cash I never got my receipt. read more

I booked an appointment for Mother's Day two weeks in advance for myself, my 5 year old daughter and my mother in law grieving the death of her sister to all get manicures (and a fill/ full set for myself) after our church service on Mother's Day Sunday. Our appointment was at 12:30, May 9th. We get in and have to wait for about 20 minutes before anyone even talks to us.. okay no problem, we checked out colors. In my reservation I asked if we could all be sat together since it was Mother's Day, they said yes, but that wasn't the case... okay whatever. My 5 year old daughter had never been to a nail salon before and was so excited.. she wanted unicorn nails.. which I chose a different color for each nail (5 different colors) that faded together with a glitter top... NOT AN ISSUE, doing nails is your JOB and what I'm paying for. Not asking for a Mona Lisa design or anything... so The FIRST tech was a male, he sat down started on her nails and assumed she wasn't worth it and passed her onto another tech.. who barely did two coats of polish where I could still see her natural nail underneath and had to ask for another coat to be put on... which she gave attitude to the women who told her what i was saying and then went off to rant in a different language. (MIND YOU my mother in law's mother came to this country fresh off the boat from Japan and my daughter is obviously Japanese too so there's no Asian racism at all..) while that's happening my mother in law is getting her nails done as a regular manicure with a colored French tip and her nail tech is being rude.. okay whatever don't talk to her.. Finally after being there an 45 minutes ME who made all these appointments... I am finally attended to and instead of just filing my nails I had on for a "Fill" and filing down what was there to even the new coat, the tech decided I needed them removed completed and had me soak in acetone. Okay, your call... no issue besides I'm the one who's to take the longest and I'm being tended to last after my entire reservation has been passed off between 3 different techs.. at this point I'm annoyed. While my daughters nails are getting finished the tech is obviously over her (who was sitting still and listed to everything she asked her to do...) puts on a top coat and just leaves her without drying her nails at all. SHE IS FUCKING FIVE. I had to keep yelling across the isle way for her to stay completely still so her nails could dry and not mess up because her tech thought someone else that just walked in for a pedicure was more important than my reserved slot for three I made 2 weeks in advance.. just because my daughter was 5. Back to myself. My fingers sat in acetone for over an hour and almost burned off before they came back to check on me... I was raised to be modest and act like a lady so I didn't make a scene over our poor service especially since I'm a server myself I have patience to give when deemed. But this isn't it. I simply told my tech when she finally came back that I didn't want my nails done anymore because it's been an hour and a half and I was ignored.. I had plans with my family and I wanted us all to get our nails done at the same time so by this time we would be done.. she didn't care that I was upset and wanted to leave. Sucks for all those techs because I was suppose to pay for all of these manicures and I was planning on paying all the techs $100 tip each to pay it forward for working on mother's day but instead I was treated like shit my daughter was treated like shit my mother in law was treated like shit and she paid for her and my daughters nails since I was neglected. I praised this salon for so long... but after this experience I will NEVER be back and I encourage anyone looking at this review to find another salon because the workers don't care about you, what you want or how they make you feel. They just care about themselves and how they THINK they can make the most money. This business is a joke. Don't waste your time. read more

Well..I've been going to Natural Nails every since they opened up the location there. Julie and Tony have always been so nice and pleasant each time I've been there. I've never had an issue and always loved going there and never had any complaints with the service I've received. However lately the past few times I've been there I've not seen Julie or Tony and I honestly have not seen them since November of 2019 but anywho lately it's been Sophia and another gentleman there. And I can honestly say my nails are fine and no complaints with the work HOWEVER I have a problem with the customer service that I received. So each time I've been there recently I notice I do not get the same treatment as other customers. She (Sophia) will have a full blown conversation with other customers and yet when it's my turn she doesn't say a word which I find is rude. I try to start a conversation with her and I get nothing she acts like she can't hear which is BS. My biggest issue is with my last and potential final visit there was when I came for a pedicure and pretty much same thing no conversation just dead silence so I get my pedicure and it's good so it was time to pay so I hand her my free pedicure card and she takes it and stares at like I signed all those signatures myself...So then I hand her money for a tip and she gives me my change back and I waited for her to say Thank you etc but nothing so me bring me I said YOUR WELCOME! And that's when she said thank you and that is a huge problem because your not obligated to get a tip for service. However I tip you just like any other time and you chose to be rude and not say thank you . I've never been rude nor have I ever gave them a hard time about my nails but I will not tolerate the treatment that I received and will not be going back unless Julie or Tony is there. Till then I will find me a new nail home yet again even though I thought I found one. Obviously not. read more
