My appointment was at 9:15 AM, and I arrived 20 minutes early to complete paperwork and avoid delays. After waiting for over an hour and thirty minutes without even seeing the doctor, I finally got up and left the clinic. I never even met the doctor. This level of disrespect for patients' time is honestly ridiculous. People take time off work, rearrange their schedules, and come in expecting basic professionalism and care. Instead, I was left sitting in a waiting room for over 90 minutes with no communication, no apology, and no sense that anyone valued my time. Very disappointing experience. When I asked if it wasn't up to the Doctor to make that determination after an initial appointment, she informed me they didn't do initial appointments (if that makes sense at all).
