I booked with GoEuro.com who sent our reservation over to Seahorse Car Service. Valerie contacted us to find out our travel and accommodation information. When we got to Napoli we were met by an assistant Jessica who walked us to our shuttle. We were picked up in a nice black van and during the beautiful drive the driver gave us the history of different locations we passed through. I'm not sure if this is apart of their typical service but the driver (unfortunately I didn't get his name) acted as a tour guide as we drove to Sorrento. He even gave us suggestions of places to see, things to eat, etc. He even told us when to get our cameras ready for beautiful photos. At one point he even pulled over and let us get out and took a photo of us with the beautiful Sorrento Coast in the background. He was very professional, and personable. He already knew where we were staying as he was informed by Valerie so he gave us information about our surrounding area. We were very very pleased with their services.

Rainbow Limos was highly recommended by a friend and prices seemed quite comparable to other private transport. They picked us up at the Naples train station and drove us to Positano with a stop for a prearranged private tour (that they set up) of Pompeii, then at the end of our stay picked us up at our hotel and took us to Naples airport. If you have the budget I would highly recommend the guided Pompeii tour - I think we got a lot more out of it than if we had been wandering around on our own. They were efficient in communication ahead of time, very clear on details and prices via email, on time/ahead of time for pick ups, and we felt very safe with them. They were extremely kind when our train from Rome was delayed and helped make sure our private Pompeii tour could still happen. Would absolutely use them again!

We were met at the station in a beautiful Mercedes. The driver met us right at the head of the track and took our luggage to the car. On the way to Sorrento he gave us information about Naples and the towns we passed on the way to Sorrento. A full day tour of the Amalfi Coast was also booked from the US. Francesco was waiting outside the hotel when we came out 10 minutes before our agreed upon time of 0900. This entire day was very enjoyable. This tour is a must for anyone visiting this part of Italy. I thought of driving it myself but I'm glad I didn't and I wouldn't recommend anyone else driving it either. The road is difficult, narrow and hilly. The large number of hairpin turns and tour buses will not allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. Our driver was informative and really made this a great day. We did a brief tour of a Lemoncello factory (no pressure to buy anything at all) that was very informative. His recommendation for lunch was outstanding. One of the best meals we've had in Italy. This was so much better than taking one of the big tour buses where you have little control of what/where you go, and you bring the crowd with you. I booked this transfer and excursion from the US and found everyone to be wonderful. They always answered my emails promptly and the cost of this excellent service is very reasonable.
