The service was overall ok. The staff were friendly and nice but my nails didn't come out as great as I'd had hoped for the price. I got gel on my hands and a regular pedicure with callous removal. The gentleman that did my pedicure was really rough when trimming my nails and removing the callouses. The scrubber he used cut me a couple of times. The lady that did my fingernails did a good job but one of my nails ended up really crooked and she sorta brushed it off. The place is bright, clean, smells great and was very inviting. No waiting on a Tuesday afternoon. The prices vary, pedicure starts at $35. And eyebrows waxing $15. Would be coming here again. Will never go back there because they are the type of business that adds the tip amount to your bill. Idk maybe because it was me and my 6yr old daughter's first time going there. I asked for a certain design... tech said she could do it... once it was time to polish my nails she had forgot and I reminded her. She couldn't do the design. She ended up putting gems on my nails and left a whatever she used to hold the gem on the nails so when she cured it looked bad. Had a good experience and today my first time. I was greeted, the spa was very clean and pretty. Just an overall good atmosphere. I was helped by Chardonnay (not sure about the spelling) and she was so pleasant and offered me something to drink. Got a gel full-set French tip and French tip pedicure with the works (hot stones, massage, etc). Anyway, I'd go back as long as I can see Chardonnay again. read more

The guy that works there with the black colored in eyebrows is extremely rough while doing your nails and he will hurt you and cut your skin a million times even after you tell him it hurts he still continues to be rough. I've been to him before and he did the same thing last time too but I thought he didn't notice. He's careless and has an attitude. Everyone else is so rude as well. Got a pedicure, it was good but the door was wide open which is common at alot of nail shops but this one was full of flies, gnats and even a bee flying around. And that ruined my whole experience. Constantly swatting away bugs while trying to relax while getting a pedicure is just annoying. read more

My nails place is in the valley and I didn't really feel like driving down so I decided to come here. The service was great, employees are kind and welcoming. I got a gel pedicure as my service this day. After a few days, I went out and put on heels. Once I took them off I noticed that the polish had come off and with it cracked my nail right beneath my nail bed. I came to my usual nail spa and noticed that another 2 of my nails were also cracked beneath my nail bed. I've been getting gel pedicures for at least a year now and this has never happened to me. I'm not sure if it was their application or type of polish, I'm not sure but it's definitely an inconvenience so I don't think I would be coming back here for a gel pedicure read more

Never in my life have I been kicked out of business establishment. The worst day I ever had was going to this place and trying it out . I seen the posting on fb and so I said I will give it try bad mistake. I called and asked if they do gel builder manicure they said yes and they take me today. I got there and was greeted very well from a lady I told I was the one that called for gel builder she okay sign in . I did then few minutes later there gentleman starts working on my nails . I explained to him how i want nails done . So within few minutes in the man working on my nails . He gets up then a lady by Kim starts working on my nails and explained everything on wanted with my nails and she gives me prices I said okay . I recognize she doing things different so I just asked question she got mad . Then she putting tips on I said no . I don't want that she got mad she said that's what you asked for I said no I asked gel builder. Then she putting this polish on I said is that the gel builder because it looked like regular clear polish . she got mad she said she knows how to do her job and I am asking to many questions and she done and for me to leave . I said I don't have problem I said this new place and just want to know how they do it . She said no for me to go find new place.
