They did not - 6 times. A health savings plan means I pay the negotiated PPO fee of the insurance company. How hard is it to accept or deny a health savings plan? I assume they decided to cancel the plan because Dr Sarkissian was removed from the insurance accepted provider's website. A returned phone call would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I cannot give Dr Sarkissian a low score based on my friend's assessment of him. However, I am very disappointed, I know 3 people also looking for a dentist, not certain if I can offer this office as a referral.

Regrettably, the pharmacy did not receive the prescription, and despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, it remains unresolved. Consequently, I am disappointed in the level of service provided and advise others to exercise caution when interacting with this office.

Then on Sunday, May 12th, I received an email stating my upcoming appointment had been canceled without any explanation. No call. No context. I called the office today (May 13th) to ask what happened. The rep I spoke to was completely unapologetic and casually told me the doctor "isn't available." She also claimed someone had called me to explain--false. That never happened. She then tried to push my appointment out even further to mid-July. At that point, I declined and let her know I would no longer be continuing as a patient. Between the lack of professionalism, the disregard for patient communication, and the poor follow-up system, this experience was incredibly frustrating. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend them.
