Leading up to the event, we were contacted to coordinate delivery details. They were very friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. The day of our party, we received a courtesy text to confirm drop off time. They arrived on time, were well prepared with all paperwork, tarps, jump house, and safety signage to display for the party. They set everything up in a timely manner, reviewed all rental agreement details with us, and answered a few questions that we had before leaving. The jump house was extremely clean and in great condition! Definitely one the nicest of any that we've rented. After the party, a pickup time was agreed upon. They arrived just as discussed, made quick work of the cleanup, confirmed everything was satisfactory per our rental agreement, and were on their way. We had a great experience, Highly recommended! We will be using Bounce House Masters again in the future!

Long story short we originally booked a bounce house, 50 chairs and 8 tables from a different company. We expected them to be delivered at 11:00AM, at 11:30 my wife and I attempted to call the other company but got no answer or reply from text messages. So I started calling around and Bounce House Masters was able to squeeze us in last second. By 1:00 the bounce house, tables and chairs were set up. Needless to say we will be using them for all our party rental needs going forward.

He said that he overbooked a party and needed it for the weekend and would bring it back full. It was over a week later before he brought it back, and after we got it back, it was definitely not refilled, since the tank did no more than 20 balloons before going empty. Then he came and took away the tank and ignored our complaints that we didn't get the amount of helium or amount of rental time that was promised. He did not agree to give any partial or full refund.
