By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. She knew I was concerned I wouldn't know how to run a popcorn machine. I am always a concerned when I am using other people's money makers..lol...I don't want to mess it up. Anyhow, she was thorough in her directions. Even left me a printed instructions sheet to refer to. The popcorn was the highlight of the training. I had actually called this place few months back to rent a bounce house for my kids Birthday and was specifically looking for "Paw Patrol" themed bounce house, and I was interacting with Bobby and Bobby told me that they don't carry this theme but he was very kind enough for me and gave me references of other companies which had this bounce house, with his help I was able to book the bounce house I was looking and it didn't stop there Bobby did follow up with me to make sure I got the bounce house this impressed me a lot and I made sure that I'll certainly give him a try and last week I did rent a water slide and cotton candy machine from him and the service provided by him was excellent as the earlier reviewer told Bobby returns your text/call very promptly, excellent guy to work with, very impressed with his service. read more

I would highly recommend Bobby if you are in look out for a Jumper, we had called Bobby to reserve a Jumper for my kids 8th Birthday and we booked the Spiderman Jumper, on the day of the event Bobby turned up on time with a big smile and setup the jumper, he did walk us thru the safety procedures, Do's & Don't, I had earlier rented from different places but none had told us about this, and here's the most postiive point, My kid who initially insisted Spiderman now changed his mind and now needed the Transformers jumpers, we were little hesitant to call Bobby and check but did call him and were surprised he agreed without any issues and within 1 hour he was back with the Transformers Jumper, i was so happy to see a BIG smile on my kids face, thanks so much Bobby. read more

For my daugher's party yesterday we rented a plain module combo which didn't look that impressive in the picture but when we got it up at the party it was really impressive for a combo that was 13 x 13. It was extremely clean and had higher than normal ceilings which made it seem bigger in the jumping area and made the slide so much more fun for the kids. Got alot of great comments from both the kids and parents. The delivery guys dropped it off early and picked it up on time which was awesome. Will be renting from this company exclusively from now on and recommending to all my friends. Their customer service was pretty awesome too. I've rented the jumper, tables and chairs for the party that we recently had, and everything was smooth from start to finish. When I've contacted, Bobby was very welcoming and helped in finding the right package for the party which was including tables and chairs. When the actual day came, Bobby was right on time (i,e couple of hours ahead of the party to setup the jumper and delivered the tables and chairs) as he promised. This very professional Bobby made our daughter's birthday one she will never forget! They arrived 1 hour before the party started and everything was set up by the time the guests arrived.
